I had a 50th Birthday meal for 13 guests, and was given the conservatory so it felt like a private dining experience. The quality of food and drink was very good, and the service was friendly and efficient. The hotel presented me with a bottle of sparkling wine, which was a nice touch.

We were pleasantly surprised by how lovely this village is - so much to do and so many places to eat - sadly we ate at the hotel. The hotel is well situated, in the middle of the village. The rooms are excellent - everything you would need and look good - unfortunately, the double bed was two beds pushed...

Lovely building with nice character. Not spectacular but certainly worth a stay for business or leisure. Room nice and comfortable with no issues. Bar reasonably priced and again, comfortable. The female girl on reception, sorry I didn't get a name: (glasses and nose ring) was the star of the show; There PM and AM, and seemed to be running around...

I stayed at the Quorn Country last minute the week before Christmas, The hotel is set back from the road with poor signing and on a dark wet night it was not easy to see. Especially as the sat nav takes you to the sign for the rather smarter and same priced Quorn Grange Hotel. The hotel is a little...

I went for Christmas 2016, for five days with a coach tour of 33 people and I loved it there. The staff were friendly, helpful and did their very best to help us all and other people who came in. It's a busy little hotel with a small staff who do their best. I paid a single supplement and had...

We booked this 4 star hotel as a treat for the family. At £75 a head, we expected a special occasion meal! I now wish we'd stayed at home - cheese on toast would have been better!!! The starters were totally lacking in flavour. The terrine was rubbery. The main course was very disappointing for a Sunday lunch, let alone...

Firstly can I thank you for leaving us your feedback. I am extremely disappointed that the team did not deliver on the standards usually achieved by the Hotel. We have made some immediate changes that will ensure these problems do not occur again. We have appointed a new Head Chef at Quorn with a view to ensuring our food standards...

Yes this place is tired and worn, but the staff try hard to make this place better. It's just lacking in management leadership and you can see this the minute you walk in. It's just hit and miss regards food and service. The owners need to get a hold of this place and get it back to it former glory!...

Our Christmas dinner this year was unforgettable for all the wrong reasons. We came with my father and from the moment we arrived we knew it was going to be bad the staff barely acknowledged our arrival. The food was cold and of poor quality. My husband had to ask for the wine list and the waiter plonked it on...
