Patrons helpful Carpark to rear useful Business 'sold' and they're moving to Cornwall so unlikely to be available under present management!!! Bereft of 'props' to add personality (all packed for transit) Breakfast fine, cooked to order and served pleasantly Two dogs present, so if you have allergies or preference to avoid pets then be aware

Highbury Guest House was a great find for us. Visiting my son at college, we just needed somewhere to rest our heads for one night and this was perfect. Clean and comfortable, it has everything we needed including tea and coffee making facilities. The beds were very comfy, the shower hot. Plenty of parking and walking distance to town. Loved...

The Highbury guest house is a 1920's style property decorated to reflect this era with wall paper in the Charles Rennie MackIntosh style. My room, number 7, has a vintage 1920's bath with electric shower over with copious amounts of hot water. The room was a good size with tea and coffee facilities and the bed was very comfortable with...

Friendly welcome when arrived. Rooms clean and adequate and just what was needed, they didn't seem to mind the place was taken over by metal fans heading to Donnington Park for Download festival. Breakfast ok, however a little pricey at £7 a time but realise they need to make money too. Would happily stay again.

The Highbury is a ten minute walk from the Skylink bus stop in Loughborough centre. I arrived from EMA at about 10.15 fully expecting to have to leave my bag off and find something to do until after 12.00. I was agreeably surprised when the landlady said my room was ready and asked if I knew the area and did...

I booked a night at Highbury Guest House because it was one of the cheapest in Loughborough. The single room was quite cosy and the toilette was clean. I left my luggage in the room and I went out. When I came back the room smelled very bad, like sewer. I opened the window and, fortunately, the smell suddenly left....
