Moss Farm is a beautifully restored Cheshire Farmhouse set within open countryside. We are ten minutes from Junction 19 of the M6 motorway but could be miles away when you get to our remote yet conveniently tucked away farm. We might be rural but we are also very well placed for Knutsford, Barclays, Plumley, Lower Peover and the Peover Golf Club is at the end of the lane. We are within walking distance of various country pubs who all serve excellent food. Knutsford with its glorious Tatton Park and fine selections of Bars and restaurants is a short drive away or 4 minutes by train from Plumley station. Whether you are on business or holiday you will be guaranteed a warm and sincere welcome from Rachel and Andrew. Our aim is to provide you with a pleasant, relaxing stay with a good hearty breakfast made from local produce. We are pleased to offer Bed and Breakfast accommodation within the main house and Self Catering also available in the Annexe accommodation.

Just spent 2 lovely weeks staying at Moss Farm, brilliant accommodation with cozy underfloor heating and super kitchen facilities, plus a spacious sitting room with a wood burner which was perfect in the winter weather! Set in beautiful Cheshire countryside with footpaths right on the door step, would defiantly stay again.

Stayed in the main farmhouse with my son in adjoining rooms for two nights. Rachel was an amazing host the breakfast was so lovely and quaint overlooking the duck pond, Rachel dealt with allergies we ate locally produced foods and dairy and homemade conserved, Rachel suggested lots of activities in the local area to keep us occupied. The accommodation was lovely the bedding plush and we had amazing sleeps with the bonus of a thunderstorm in the night, the sheep on the farm are curious and a wonderful addition to a beautiful stay away from home.

Just had a wonderful 2 night stay at Moss Farm B&B while attending a family Wedding at Colshaw Hall. We stayed in the main farm house as a family of 3 and Rachel (the owner) is brilliant, very warm & friendly and makes the most amazing Full English Breakfast & Pancakes! We would also recommend booking direct on Moss Farm B&B’s own website as we received complimentary Breakfasts on our first morning!! Great service, great location, highly recommend staying here 10/10.

Thank you pomthebomb8 - Well, I've never been called a 'Pocket Rocket ' before, it did make me laugh! Is this due to catching me harvesting the breakfast from the veg patch at silly o'clock? The first cut rhubarb is always a hit with the breakfast choices. So pleased you enjoyed the tranquillity of our little spot. We look forward to seeing you again in a few weeks. Both take care, Rachel

We have just spent the weekend in the Paddy Shant at Moss Farm and had the best stay! Rachel, the owner, is the loveliest, most helpful host and went out of her way to make our stay so special. We were staying close to the wedding venue of our friends and were only disappointed that we didn’t actually get to spend more time in the little cottage. It was everything we expected - remote and quiet, with picturesque views; warm and welcoming; and fully equipped. The bed and bathroom are both amazing! I’d definitely recommend staying here. Tip - if you need a taxi, it would be best to prebook. We would definitely return and think the Paddy Shant would be equally as beautiful in summer, sitting outside on the little patio, as it would in winter with the log burner.

My partner and I stayed at Moss Farm B&B for a wedding nearby. The room was comfortable and cosy and the breakfast was lovely. Rachel, our host, was very welcoming and she accommodated our very late check in and sent lots of helpful information ahead of our stay, which we were really grateful for. Highly recommended for all, especially couples and families.

What a great place! Its in a beautiful location, the rooms, the gardens, absolutely every part of the property is really nice, spotlessly clean, the location is completely silent, the breakfasts are amazing, and the couple who run it are so friendly and lovely! Can't recommend this place enough!

Booked Moss Farm Bed and Breakfast to stay whilst attending a nearby wedding. Beautifully renovated farm buildings, offering various accommodation set-ups in the middle of rolling fields. Rachel and Andrew, hosts, were very welcoming. Our double room was comfortable and cosy. Breakfast was delicious. A lovely stay. Thoroughly recommend Moss Farm to anyone... couples or a family.

I stayed in Moss Farm whilst attending a car show in Tatton Park, 2 of us were booked to stay and very last minute our hostess made great efforts and made space for 4 more of our friends to stay as well. That was a great start and things staged consistently good, the place was developed, or restored I guess more accurately, by the hosts and is now run by them. The restoration of an old farm is beautifully done and the standard of accommodation is on a par with 5* hotels and would exceed some. I had more dealings with Rachael the lovely hostess than her husband but the hand of both is evident and a credit to both in different aspects of the place and services. Spacious very well appointed sleeping accommodation, lovely surroundings for the site as a whole, great home cooked breakfast, luxurious living spaces and walking distance to some nice pubs and eateries. Lets face it this is quite an enthusiastic review, so try it and come back and tell me I'm wrong😊😊.

Wow Npower2016, what a fantastic review! The classic car show at Tatton Park turned out to be full of surprises. It was great to welcome you and your car colleague. Fate is a funny thing and it was our good fortune that we had one of our 'Grand Designs' Barns unoccupied for its 1st weekend of the summer. It was our pleasure to give your whole group exclusive access of the Barn after they all turned up here, unhappy with the accommodation they had booked elsewhere. Pleased you enjoyed the walking over the fields to the pub, memories made there for sure!! Maybe we will see you again sometime. Take Care Rachel
