We found our rooms here magnificently furnished, freshly remodeled with all the appliances, plus a comfy couch, a writing desk in the bedroom and even a collapsible dining room table for an extended stay. The beds even had not just a duvet, but sheets! This was, in short, a magnificent suite. We found the proprietor – who lives on-site – extraordinarily friendly. The rooms are named after Shetland beaches for extra local color. We were also able to store luggage under the stairs, which was super helpful when we got in early in the day. Whether staying for two nights or a month, this is an excellent place to situate yourself to explore Lerwick. When we come back this way, we will absolutely be staying here again.

We all had a Fantastic stay, very clean and plenty utensils to use! The hot chocolate was lovely! Will be booking again. Great location and great size for the 4 of us. The Shetland soap was lush! Thank you very much!

Another homely few days staying at these lovely apartments. I say homely because, as well as being beautifully finished and comprehensively equipped, there are also those homely touches that you don’t get usually such as towels/bed linen that smell clean & crisp, a shower that doesn’t leak all over the floor - and even sweet-smelling hand wash! Thank you for a lovely stay - I’ll be back, of course!

— Comfortable apartment with kitchen/living/dining area, bedroom and modern bathroom. — The kitchen was well equipped and even had a washer-drier. — Everything was spotlessly clean. — It’s easy to walk to the centre of Lerwick from here (Lerwick is not that big anyway).

There was only availability for half my stay in Lerwick at the Nort Bode which was the one downside of a great place to stay. My apartment had a small but nicely furnished double bedroom and a well laid out kitchen/lounge with a bathroom (shower only) between them. The bed was very comfy and the since the bedroom is at the back completely quiet. The lounge/kitchen was well equipped with a sofa, chair, TV, a range of tables and a kitchen range including a full cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. There was also everything you could want for cooking, eating and housekeeping; all in great condition. The whole place was spotless as well, so I'd highly recommend it. It’s a very short walk from the bus station and the harbour, and there is a good sized Co-op supermarket about 15 mins walk (five mins drive) if you want to eat in.…

There is only one word for this - WOW!!!!! I have never in all my years as a self-catering traveller seen so much care being taken to ensure that all one's needs are met. We stayed in "Spiggie" and everything was perfect. The location was in the centre of everything, while being quiet as well. The planning of the amenities was first class (both kitchen electrical sockets had USB sockets) and in the bedroom was a cooling down mat for ladies to rest their straighteners/curling tongs. What's not to like? Desk space in the lounge as well. I could go on and on....the kitchen utensils were comprehensive and all equipment was excellent quality. We were fortunate to meet the owner, Dawn, who was niceness itself! The whole building is run meticulously and all needs are catered for. If one ran out of anything like dishwasher tabs, there is a laminated list supplied, with a pen, so that you could put your list out the night before and the next morning your requirements would be met. I have not seen that before... To be honest, I cannot recommend the place more highly and to emphasise that you really do get what you are paying for. Take you TV subscriptions with you - the television in the lounge is connected! Soap is supplied from the Shetland Soap Company and it's great to use. This really is a special place!! Parking in the street outside. Very modern appartments, obviously no expense spared when they were refurbished.everything here you need. Good job there are manuals for washing machine etc as they are all so hi tech we had no idea how to use them. Details from owners were great with key codes to get in initially then swipe card for rest of our stay. We would have preferred a lower floor as our appartments was on third level with stairs, so would pay to enquire which floor if you have mobility issues. I only attempted to carry one suitcase up the stairs. Very convenient short walk to commercial street where all the shops and restaurants are. Would be nice if they could squeeze a queen size bed in instead of just a double. Overall can recommend.

The apartment was excellent with everything you would need. Cosy, comfortable and well-equipped. Very close to the town centre with lots to see and go nearby. Free parking on the street outside. Quiet residential street close to the Main Street and harbour. Perfect!

3 night stay for our first visit with friends to Shetland, the apartment was spotlessly clean, had everything you could need for a comfortable stay on Shetland, the owner Andrea responded promptly to any queries and accommodated our need to stay longer. Highly recommend this apartment, we stayed in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment.

Very well appointed apartment finished to a high standard. Everything you would need is supplied. Friendly and helpful host. Covid secure system to ask and receive anything needed during stay. Excellent location for Shetland holiday experience and walking distance for everything in Lerwick. Would definitely recommend.
