There is only one word for this - WOW!!!!! I have never in all my years as a self-catering traveller seen so much care being taken to ensure that all one's needs are met. We stayed in "Spiggie" and everything was perfect. The location was in the centre of everything, while being quiet as well. The planning of the amenities was first class (both kitchen electrical sockets had USB sockets) and in the bedroom was a cooling down mat for ladies to rest their straighteners/curling tongs. What's not to like? Desk space in the lounge as well. I could go on and on....the kitchen utensils were comprehensive and all equipment was excellent quality. Parking in the street outside. Very modern appartments, obviously no expense spared when they were refurbished.everything here you need. Good job there are manuals for washing machine etc as they are all so hi tech we had no idea how to use them. Details from owners were great with key codes to get in initially then swipe card for rest of our stay. We would have preferred a lower floor as our appartments was on third level with stairs, so would pay to enquire which floor if you have mobility issues. I only attempted to carry one suitcase up the stairs. Very convenient short walk to commercial street where all the shops and restaurants are. Would be nice if they could squeeze a queen size bed in instead of just a double. Overall can recommend.

The apartment was excellent with everything you would need. Cosy, comfortable and well-equipped. Very close to the town centre with lots to see and go nearby. Free parking on the street outside. Quiet residential street close to the Main Street and harbour. Perfect!

3 night stay for our first visit with friends to Shetland, the apartment was spotlessly clean, had everything you could need for a comfortable stay on Shetland, the owner Andrea responded promptly to any queries and accommodated our need to stay longer. Highly recommend this apartment, we stayed in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment.

Very well appointed apartment finished to a high standard. Everything you would need is supplied. Friendly and helpful host. Covid secure system to ask and receive anything needed during stay. Excellent location for Shetland holiday experience and walking distance for everything in Lerwick. Would definitely recommend.

Centrally located, this small apartment complex is ideal for exploring all that Shetland has in abundance. This is the second time we have stayed here - cannot fault the cleanliness or attention to detail throughout. Highly recommended!

Immaculately clean with all that one would require for a stay in Lerwick. Convenient location and quiet street. Prompt communication with owner beforehand. Perfect. Each apartment has a kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave . Everything is new and fresh

We stayed for 4 nights in mid-September. We had arrived at 07:30 on the ferry and found ourselves with several hours to kill before we had access to the property. On the off chance we phoned to see if we could get early access. The response was very positive and welcoming, they had just finished preparing the room and we could get in right away - this was 10:00! . Our first impression was the attention to detail, bearing in mind this is in the middle of the Covid pandemic, the apartment was spotless and we immediately felt that it was a safe space. Our apartment was on the top floor, the attic conversion. Note: if you have trouble with stairs and heavy baggage you may want to choose a lower floor, there is no lift. Stay for 5 nights in the st Ninian apartment and couldn’t find any faults with the apartment it had everything you required for cooking and location in the town centre for eating out. The bed was very comfortable and had a great sleep during Covid the rooms aren’t serviced which is great as there is a basket and a list you can request for fresh bedding or towels or anything you require

Amazingly well appointed Apartments with High Quality Furniture and Fixtures chosen with great care. The whole Building was Clinically Clean and felt completely Safe. During restrictions Staff would not enter during Stay but absolutely anything could be Ordered for collection at the Door. Would Highly recommend for a Shetland Touring Base.
