ake yourself comfy in our cosy, home-from-home 18th century coaching inn. Sitting on the banks of Loch Leven, just off the M90 south of Perth, getting to Kinross is easy. If you need anything at all, we’re never too busy to look up the weather, give you directions or fix you a drink, it’s what we’re here for. And your dog will be made just as welcome, with their own doggie bag of treats and bed for the room. We’ve got two golf courses on our doorstep and another 200 within an hour’s drive. Plus, there’s plenty of activities to keep you busy. We also have plenty of choice when it comes to food and drink,... the one stop shop to a great break!

Thanks for your feedback Askmum123. I’m sorry to hear that the room allocated did not impress you on this occasion, we would be happy to discuss an alternative room allocation on your next visit. I'm sorry that there were other shortcomings, which we shall review and address accordingly. It is really disappointing to hear that you didn't feel confident in our team with regard to your special dietary requirements. This is certainly not in keeping with our usual high standards of customer service, and I shall share your feedback with the team as a reminder of the importance of exceeding guest expectations at all times and I hope we can welcome you back in future.

Thank you Josephine for taking the time share such great feedback, I am really pleased to hear that our team went out of their way to enhance your stay. I'll be sure to share your kind words with them. I was very happy to learn that you enjoyed your room and made use of our spacious pubic areas. The property dates back to the late 1800s and whilst we enjoy the traditional character that it has to offer, there are always those little challenges that come with it, Although as you pointed out, we are in the process of replacing some the carpets in the corridors. We look forward to welcoming you back to the hotel in the future.

I realise it is over a year since the question was asked, but the answer may be of help to others. There is no train to Kinross so the most straightforward way would be by bus.
