This place is a bargain! We even got a free upgrade to a family room. Even had a fridge. Spotless and very clean. Lovely place with lovely welcoming owner. The breakfast was also very good. We enjoyed ourselves and cannot think of anything to improve. There are a lot of

We booked the two family rooms last weekend on a whim, what a lovely place and so close to the sea front. We got 2 nights including breakfast for the price of one night at the local premier inn, glad we did. Rooms both had en-suite, clean, tidy with good decor. Beds were comfy

After holiday plans changed we (2 adults, 2 children) needed an extra night in Great Yarmouth. We booked a night at the Seamore Guest House via booking.com at an brilliant price of £78 for all four of us including breakfast. Absolutely amazing value for money. Our room was

We stayed here for 1 night in one of the family rooms which had a double bed and bunk beds. It was spacious and clean and the beds were really comfy! It was in a great location next to the main road into the town centre and to the seafront and all the amenities. Would definitely

Practical room just rather brown and basic - lots of windows - probably good when sunny but not in November. No mention to us of garage parking in another review- was plenty of places to park but unforunately in busy area

Thank-you for the review. We have garage parking during the busier summer periods, it's not cost effective to have them during the winter. On-street parking is usually easier this time of year and there are many spaces around us. Not sure how to respond to the window issue, perhaps you are suggesting it was cold? The duvet covers/pillowcases we use are two-tone, brown on one side only, usually the silver/grey side is showing, not the brown, if this was not the case you could have turned them over! I'm not sure what you mean by the room being basic either: from your review I'm assuming you had the large family room, superking-size bed, full en-suite, TV/DVD, fridge, dressing table, tea/coffee facilities, tub chairs. What more do you want?

"I had a sea view room number 3 - lovely"
"I was in the small single at the front - room 1 I think. It is small and I mean small but the price reflects this and the fact that the shower and toilet are outside the room. For me it was fine as I was using it as a crash pad, but if you have a lot of luggage or don't like being cramped then best go for a bigger room."
"Very child friendly, as they have youngsters of their own."
"The family room was ok - a bit crammed - but it does have its own private en-suite. If you're only after a base to stay at - go for it!!"
"Family room has en suite bathroom"
