My family loved our stay here. My partner and I had a wonderful double room with both bath and separate shower in the ensuite. Whilst my teenager had a single room to herself. That was definitely a selling point not having to share with a room with a moody teenager. Staff/ Owner was friendly and attentive and made sure our stay was positive. Breakfast was really nice and served up just how I like it, they even went out of their way to get coco pops for my daughter who is a fussy eater. We will definitely be considering a further stay in the future.

We stayed here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Dale was very welcoming! The room was spacious and the bed was very comfy! However the bed and floor does creek quite a lot and the walls are thin so we could hear people walking past and in the room next door although it never kept us awake at night as it was only usually in the day. The bathroom was quite small and the sink is on the outside which we thought was odd but it wasn't an issue. There's a TV in the room which was nice for evenings when we didn't have anything planned. The breakfast was included in the price and was really really nice and fresh! There weren't many tables due to coronavirus but there was only one time we had to wait for a table and that was around 10mins. It was really close to the seafront, literally opposite sealife and the amusements and about a 5min walk from pleasure Beach. The only improvement I would suggest is to get door signs to say whether you want the room cleaned or if you're still in, as we were still in when the cleaner came in without knocking, which we didn't expect as this was at 4pm yet we got told the rooms were cleaned between around 11 and 3. Apart from that we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend!

My teenage daughters and I decided to have a two night break in Yarmouth .I am an NHS nurse and busy mum. The location was perfect ,a 2 minute walk to the beach and attractions. Dale greeted us warmly ...we arrived early but he helped us up to our room with our luggage. Hand sanitizer was available in the hallway.Bottled water as well as tea coffee in the room. The establishment is old ,but clean and cozy. There is adequate furniture available for longer stays. We all slept well.A fan was in the room for a particularly hot night. We all enjoyed a freshly cooked breakfast in a friendly atmosphere. The coffee was good quality served in a cafetiere.Dale asked if we had any dietary restrictions when checking in. Also asked us preferences for full English Thank you Dale for a much needed time to chill out by the seaside. Good luck in your enterprise.
