Fabulous location for my annual spiritual weekend. The management and staff have been so welcoming for the past 7 years and are so accommodating friendly and five star treatment all the way. The rooms are so comfortable and spacious the food is top quality and they are so organised. No place like the Imperial Hotel for business and pleasure. All the staff are happy to share their knowledge and share information about the hotel and surrounding area. Everything is on point. Hotel is so clean spacious. Nothing to say but book your stay at the Imperial Hotel for business or pleasure you will be looked after as soon as you step through the door.

We loved our stay here the room was lovely and clean and the sea view was fabulous. The staff were all so friendly and helpful we can't fault them at all they were just lovely. The food was amazing both breakfast and dinner and last but definitely not least the beads were lovely and comfortable. We will definitely be returning.

Very pleasant overnight stay at this hotel. Check in to departure, staff were very accommodating. Lovely comfortable beds and bathroom and all very clean. I had dinner in the restaurant, Danny(manager)and team were very helpful and friendly. Absolutely brilliant staff and food tasted great - steak, chips and panna cotta dessert. Jill (manager) was helpful at breakfast and friendly too.

We live locally, and regularly eat at The Imperial. Due to health issues, we are unable to travel fat, so decided to spoil ourselves with a weekend stay. It was great! Our sea view room was well equipped and spotlessly clean. We loved it. On Saturday evening in Café Cru there was the addition of a flambé menu, which was excellent. Retro, pure theatre, but excellent cooking as well. On Sunday 4 friends joined us for lunch, and we all had a wonderful time. But none of the above would be possible without the terrific staff at The Imperial. They are without fail friendly, professional, and always ready and willing to do anything for the guests. Thank you Grant and the team for our great weekend.

We held a Ladies Festival at the 'Imperial' and it was a brilliant weekend. Grant and his team work with a friendliness and professionalism that cannot be beaten. Rooms were lovely, food was great and all staff were fantastic. It all amounted to a great weekend. If you've never visited the 'Imperial', do yourself a favour and spend a couple of days, or longer, enjoying yourself.

Fantastic hotel. Lovely rooms, fantastic food, excellent kind and helpful staff. I highly recommend this hotel. Beautiful sea views at the front. It's in a nice part of the town and has a lovely atmosphere. Warm and cosy, you can set the temperature in your room to suit you.

As usual, Great service, excellent food, very good staff and a good clean and comfortable room. All staff polite and always on hand to go the extra mile, has to be one of the best around for overall experience anywhere. Its also ideally positioned, just out of the town to avoid the noise, but only a couple of minutes away from everything. Would strongly recommend dining in Café Cru, the food is excellent and the service just right. Look out for Flambé night, it adds a little something to the experience.
