The six bedrooms (two with separate children's room) are in the shabby chic style with a soft pastel designer decor with memory foam mattresses and pillows, crisp white cotton linens, tea and coffee making facilities and flat screen TVs. I was looking for a place in this location , and this came up , obviously it’s an old worn out building , the owners are working hard to make this a nice place to stay, so far they are doing a good job , cleanliness is important and it is very clean, I don’t care for much else, the breakfast is very good by. Band b standards, the host is pleasant and quick to respond, as a property rental owner myself I know hard it is to please people , keep up the good work

Had a really nice stay ,room was lovely and clean with great sea views, bathroom a good size .Good choice of breakfast options. The pier and shops very close by so would recommend to anyone staying in Great Yarmouth.

Booked this accommodation for a 2 night stay. Alex greeted us and check in was quick and smooth. She is a great host and was keen that we had everything we needed in the room. We paid for parking permits to enable us to park in next street. Our room was on the first floor. The bed was so comfortable that I had best night’s sleep that I’ve had for a long time. There was a great choice for breakfast for your “Full Norfolk” plus there were cereals available and it really set us up for the day. The location is ideal for Britannia Pier which is literally over the road and is ideally situated for all the eateries along Marine Parade. Will be back again in February

stayed here for 2 nights what a lovely place very clean and tidy Alex was very friendly and helpful bed nice and comfy breakfast was very good would stay again if we go to Yarmouth again lovely only downfall which is nothing to do with the business is the parking

We booked a last minute stay here to end our summer hols.. It was brilliant from arrival to check out.. Alex is amazing and couldn't of been more friendly and helpful and is dealing VERY WELL with Covid precautions and measures in place. Our room was lovely! Clean, spacious and a gorgeous veiw of the sea. A great powerful shower and roll top bath which my children loved relaxing in with the bubble bath provided. Breakfast was fab and nothing was too much trouble for Alex.. We will 100% be back and would recommend to all our friends and family if they ever need somewhere to stay in Yarmouth.. Thank you so much Alex xx
