We had a lovely and comfortable 2 night stay in kingsize rooms which were spotlessy clean and had everything you need, including good quality furniture and decor that was bright and fresh. The English breakfast was perfectly cooked with choice of mixed fresh fruit topped with yogurt or cereal also toast, tea and coffee. The hotel is also in an ideal situation for the beach, shops and restaurants. We were made very welcome and will definately be recommending to others and returning ourselves.

Travelled as a party of 2 females. On arrival was greeted by the lovely host and shown to our room. The place was immaculate. We had booked the balcony suite and it did not disappoint, The room was large & absolutely spotless. A huge king size bed with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space ( lots of coat hangers which was a plus). There was a mini ridge in the room, a TV with freeview channels and a hairdryer. The mirrors and the plugs were conveniently located which seems to be rare in lots of hotel/guest house rooms. (Must have been designed by a female) The balcony overlooks a park area with a view to the sea. Was lovely to sit out on. The bathroom was large with a big walk in shower with toiletries and towels provided.
Baron's Court is ideally situated with just a 5 minute walk to the main seafront area, shops, pubs and restaurants.
Breakfast at the Baron's Court was delicious. There was a choice of cereal, fruit and yoghurt, which we didn't have but all looked great. We went straight into the cooked breakfast which consisted of sausage
(premium), bacon, mushrooms, fried egg, baked beans (served in a separate ramekin) and tomato. Served with a choice of brown or white toast, tea or coffee and orange juice. Absolutely fantastic!
We loved our stay here and will definitely be returning.
I would 100% recommend the Baron's Court to anyone.

This B and B was Fab, from the welcome by Bev to the wonderful breakfast. We had a king size room, which was well worth paying extra for the upgrade.

Location is perfect around 5 minutes to the pier and its located in a quiet street away from noise.

Stayed here for three nights in a lovely double room with sea view. Our room was perfect for us, nicely appointed with good decor.
The full english was cooked to perfection and came out cleanly presented and the egg cooked to our preference.
Eddie the owner and his wife whose name escapes me while writing were most hospitable and showed concern that we were comfortable at Barons Court.
We found plenty of places to have a meal out and all in walking distance from Barons Court.
The bar at Barons Court is well stocked and on two occassions we spent time in there chatting with Eddie who has some great funny stories.
We can recommend Barons Court highly for it's cleanliness and comfortable rooms plus the great food.
We are booked to return next August for 5 nights already as they get very busy at this time of year and we wanted to make sure we got in.

What a gem of a hotel ! Great location , great room , parking on the hotel drive with cctv cameras. Food, breakfast was excellent . Great, friendly , easy to get on with owners. The location is very close to all amenities so you can just walk to the prom without any great distance at all. Can’t recommend enough. I’ll be staying there again in a couple of weeks. Thanks for a great stay Jeff ,

Stayed for 4 nights, wished we could have stayed longer. Made very welcome from the word go by Bev the owner.
Sorted out our parking then showed us to our room, it was massive, king size with huge bathroom, mini fridge, great view onto grounds outside. Filled us in with breakfast times and double checked if we had any questions.
Breakfast lovely, choice of full English and continental served to us by another lovely lady called Roz who soon got to know what we liked.
House keeping was top form everyday, as little or as much as you required, nothings too much trouble.
Very close to all you need at Yarmouth, beach, restaurants, funfair, Hippodrome circus etc most walkable or a short taxi ride away to the horse racing.
Cannot find any faults with accommodation at Barons court or the fantastic people there.
We will 100% return and next time love to try the room with balcony.

We had one of their large double rooms which was beautifully decorated and set out. Quality furniture, bags of drawers and copboard space. Plush curtains, nice view and large (50"?) TV. Breakfast was immediately served and well presented For the money I doubt you could get better in the UK and you could pay double. Stayed in Gleneagles a few times and can't say it was any more comfortable.

A lovely, interesting, clean, bed and breakfast guest house. Bev takes pride in what she provides and we the guests benefit from that. Baron’s Court is only a five minute walk/stroll from the seafront and pier. There are plenty of free parking spaces. Our bedroom was large and well equipped. Breakfast was great. Our stay of five days was spent in a home from home environment except I didn’t have to do anything. Thank you Bev and staff, you are priceless.

Second time we have stayed at this wonderful hotel. Bev & Eddie give you a warm welcome on arrival. A mixture of ample private & free public parking spaces make for easy unloading of cases.
The room we have is very spacious having a lovely view with everything you could want to make your stay comfortable including large tv,fridge, tea & coffee making facilities & even a safe! The kingsize bed was very comfortable & a couple of comfy chairs in the window are an added bonus. The shower/toilet room is large & luxurious & spotless, towels are lovely & fluffy and changed frequently. Breakfasts include a good variety of choice and are well cooked & served by the hard working staff, always with a smile.
All in all i could not recommend this hotel enough. Needless to say we have booked for another year!

This was our first time staying in Great Yarmouth so wasn’t sure what to expect. As we arrived we were greeted at the door by Beverly, who was very welcoming. Turned out we had the same surname which isn’t very common but unfortunately not related. Our room was amazing it had a double bed king sized and a single and all 3 were so comfortable and nicely decorated. The shower was perfectly clean with towels provided. Breakfast was included in the price with plenty of choice including a full English which was home made and nice and hot. We met Eddie who is Beverly’s husband and he was also very welcoming and lovely to chat to. Overall I can not fault our stay in any way we actually wanted to stay on but they were fully booked which I can see why. Even after we left and arrived home my son realised he left his trainers behind but this was not a problem as they were happy to post them back to us.
Thank you Beverly and Eddie for being amazing.
Hopefully see you next year
