Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We stayed here last night and it was great. The reception staff were so friendly, a real credit to the company, The room was immaculate with a lovely comfy bed which meant a great nights sleep. We walked into and back to the sea front and it was only 30 minutes each way which was great. We will definitely be back when staying in the area.

We stayed for 2 mid-week nights in the week before Easter. The hotel is close to busy roads but the double glazing is effective so we didn't have any traffic noise but there again we didn't have any fresh air. Despite it being relatively modern (9 yrs) the sound insulation inside our room wasn't the best and we could clearly here people walking about on the floor above - fortunately it didn't disturb us too much. For some reason the car parking under the hotel was fenced off. Rooms are standard Premier Inn. The hotel staff were really friendly & helpful. The attached restaurant is a Brewers Fayre so the menu doesn't include much healthy fare. Breakfasts were okay albeit not quiet and relaxing due to the number of children that were there. We did book an evening meal for our first night but when we checked in we were told there'd be a 40 min wait for main meals so we went elsewhere as we didn't have the time to spare. This isn't the first time we've had problems at a Brewers Fayre, it's about time they treated their Premier Inn customers a bit better.

Vending machine dropped chocolate out of position. I asked politely to help out, her response, not my problem, ring vending company. That's not my problem, the premier inn should be contacting them. So I asked could I have my money back, her response, not my problem, ring vending company. The rudeness was completely unacceptable!!!

Came here for a sci-fi weekend by train. The hotel is very close to the train station and to the event. I was only mean’t to stay for 3 nights but got days off so decided to stay another night before returning to Bognor on Monday morning. The room is very comfortable and clean the only thing I don’t think works is the extractor fan in the bathroom. Staff was amazing helping what you need etc. Also having baths instead of showers also amazing. I would recommend the meal deal for the on-site restaurant next door which also were great staff. I would recommend this place if you don’t want to go further from the train station.

Brilliant hotel and location close to the Vauxhall Caravan Park. The hotel was quiet even though was quite full. The breakfast at Brewer's Fayre next door was so good for the £10 pp cost. Full continental and cooked breakfast choice from the buffet. Could not fault it, but only praise. The team were so friendly at both the hotel and the pub/restaurant.

Well. What can I see, it’s a Premier Inn where you’re guaranteed a great nights sleep or your money back. I slept like a baby. I always do in Premier Inn’s. Such comfortable plush bedding and ample space in the rooms for all your ;) adventures. Although I was there for business and throughly enjoyed my stay
