I stayed here with my dad and brother for 3 nights and as I arrived I was greeted by the couple who own the guest house in a very freindly manner and they were very welcoming and helpful. The owners made this holiday one of our best and where full of joy, they were always helpful and even let me see...

The family room was spacious, quiet &a very light. The service was good & a good breakfast included full English, toast, tea & coffee, fresh juice. A very friendly Guest House & very friendly hosts. Lovely park just a few yards down the road & very close to a super Chinese restaurant. Loved it all.

This is a character building, and our room was well appointed. The furnishings were well chosen, the bathroom spotless, and we had quite a nice view from our first-floor room at the rear of the hotel. We were warmly welcomed by the host, and the breakfasting room was light and airy. There was a choice of cereals, but no muesli...

this is a great B&B, it is well located, the room we stayed in (room 2) was a good size and perfectly furnished. It had a lovely bed, lovely duvet and the softest covers and sheets I have ever sleep in. The en suite is perfectly adequate. However this is not the main attraction, the host and hostess are. They...

I have stayed ona regularbasis at the Kingston for about two years. The rooms are warm and clean all supported by the attentive service and repartee of the owner Steve. Whatever your fancy for breakfast, steve will prepare.

We were please with everything that the proprietor provided. Parking was provided without additional cost. The breakfast was the full English breakfast. The room and bath were very clean. Reasonably priced! I'd definitely go there again and recommend to my friends and family. Thank you Steve!

We love to stay in quirky little places when we go away and I would put the Kingston in this category. We were fortunate enough to get a room here about half an hour before we arrived by phoning for availability (although laterooms reported no availability - always call!) and were very pleasantly surprised by the standard of acommodation. The...

The Kingston was booked late for an overnight stay in Grantham. The owner Steve was very helpful. The accommodation was clean and well equipped and was only a very short walk from the Town centre. A good breakfast set me up for the journey home. All in all a very enjoyable stay!

Thank Philip T
