Having never stayed at a premier inn due to the high price's we took a chance whilst we was visiting family in the area. After a very long day we couldn't wait to climb in to bed! We had high standards for premier Inn from what we have read and seen on adverts and would expect it to reflect the... More

Premier inns don't receive enough praise in my view, this ones a gem, the staff in the hotel & the brewers fayre next door made my stay enjoyable, the hotel isn't the most modern but the team there more than make up for that, the food next door is also top notch if you don't fancy venturing over to the... Stayed here for the weekend. Staff very friendly Conveniently located, close to Metrocentre. Reasonably priced and handy to get too. Brewers fayre next door is great for food and also reasonably priced. Could do with being renovated as the walls are paper thin and can hear everything from other rooms. And floors creak awfully, so anyone walking on the floor... More

Stayed 25th to 27th November. Greeted ok. Rooms basic but get what you pay for. There is a brewers fayre next door but didn't try. Only thing about this hotel is the location, yes it's not far from the metro centre in a car but it is located right next to dual carriageway with no clear paths to walk if... More

Comfortable rooms as always but people in above room were very heavy footed and their children were constantly running up and down the room. Fan was very noisy in bathroom room 11. Lovely comfortable bed and lovely shower. Television was a little smaller than usual

This hotel needs to rethink and re train staff on safety! And don't even get me started on the brewers restaurant attached AWFUL. The staff let there company down! Rude, miserable and so unhelpful . Also the toilets in the rooms don't flush properly!

Near to all facilities, including the obvious Metro Centre and Newcastle centre. Plenty of eateries around. Very conveniently placed. Clean and tidy Premier Inn, but now in need of refurbishment. Helpful staff.

A great location for visiting the Metro Centre and other retail establishments, directly adjoining the A1. The building and the rooms are a bit tired, the rooms in particular are in need of painting, carpets need renewed and the bathroom in our rom needed upgraded. That said if it's only sneezers to lay your head after a busy day then... More

This hotel was close to the intu metro centre and the metro arena (5 minutes by car) so was a perfect location. Despite the hotel being close to a main road we heard no road noise at all. Beds were comfy, I was pleased to get a bath in the bathroom even though this was not specified. Staff were incredibly... More
