We have just returned from a magical long weekend at Tremeer Farm. Sarah and Rob are wonderful hosts, so warm and welcoming and have a great knowledge of the local area giving hints and tips for the best walks and sea swims and places to visit. We were away for a romantic break and stayed in Pencarrow Yurt which has its own private wood fired hot tub, kitchen and bathroom as well as a fire pit. They had ensured the hot tub was ready for us on arrival which was so thoughtful and the yurt was tucked away which gave us the privacy we wanted for a peaceful break. The weekend consisted of cook outs on the fire with a tripod grill for the perfect BBQ, coastal footpath walks only 20 minutes away and hidden coves to explore. Even the typical wet Cornish weather didn't put us off. The little wood burner in the yurt kept us warm and dry in the yurt and the bed was so comfortable - we wanted to take it home with us. The private kitchen and bathroom was an added bonus and gave us an area to sit and eat - with power supply for phones and hair dryers. The shower was very powerful and there was a great supply of hot water. Located on a farm, there was always a cheeky chicken walking about or a farm cat looking for some fuss. Rob would take willing attendees around to do farm chores each day which was lovely to see, and fresh eggs and home made apple juice was a welcome treat each morning. If you're lucky they may hold one of their delicious pizza nights where you can make your own pizza using their home made dough and their wood fired pizza oven which gives the pizza and delicious flavour - such a lovely idea. I would highly recommend Tremeer Farm to anyone looking for the ultimate glamping experience, combining the joys of outdoors with the added luxury of great facilities and the comfort of a bed. We will be back. Thanks Sarah and Rob!

We stayed here with our 3 boys aged 2, 5 and 7. The farm is wonderful for children, safe and clean. The children had so much freedom there, to play and run around. They loved to feed the animals in the mornings and play on the tractors in the play barn and watch the animals. My 2 year old still keeps asking me to see the cows and feed the lambs! Rob and Sara are lovely and gave the place a family feel. We enjoyed the hot tub and relaxing around the camp fire. The yurt was impressive. Spacious and clean, beautifully decorated. We will definitely be going back.

Rob and Sara were great hosts and made us feel totally at home in the barn. The daily animal feeding was fantastic for the kids and the lambs were a real highlight. The chickens were free range and all the kids were too! A beautiful setting to explore Cornwall, I cannot recommend this farm enough! We will definitely be back again.

We can’t thank Sara and Rob enough for their hospitality: their care towards our children and teaching them the running of the farm- and in turn the nature of each animal. Each morning the children were welcomed with an opportunity to feed all of the animals- chickens, sheep, pigs- it was a truly lovely experience which never felt rushed because Sara and Rob were talking to the children on their level and explaining many factors of farm life. We were looked after very well- the yurt was clean, well presented and we had everything we needed. We were given enough wood for our yurt, hot tub and campfire. If we ran out there was an option to buy more for the campfire at a reasonable price. Our kitchen was clean, along with a bathroom and shower, and enough space to have breakfast round the table together. The children had more than ample space to explore the beautiful landscape at Tremeer Farm. There’s even the play barn, a place for kids along the farm to meet and become friends. It was a truly amazing experience for all- piggly and wiggly (the two Kunekune piggies) are beautiful and we gladly enjoyed feeding them apples! Thank you Sara and Rob for giving us an amazing family holiday, we’ll hopefully see you next year ❤️

Absolutely loved our stay with Rob & Sarah on Tremeer Farm! We stayed in a Yurt for 2 weeks with our 2 boys and loved the tranquility and hospitality of our hosts. Pizza night on Tuesdays is a MUST! We also loved the traditional fire wood hot tub. The facilities are really clean and well maintained. Rob & Sarah are always on hand to help if you need anything! We’d love to return to escape the hustle and bustle and feel at one with nature again!

Stayed at the long barn with a yoga group who also used the Yurts. Everyone loved it! The lanes are super narrow but there are some beaches nearby if you are willing to trek down a steep coastal path for a mile. It was worth it! Attention to detail was second to none and Sara and Rob were super attentive and kind throughout. They were family by the end of the week and we were all sad to leave. Roaming chickens and sheep add to the charm. Wood fired hot tub was a must with a nearby camp fire. Extra wood is available at a nominal cost but we preferred the irony of burning Greta Thunberg books. Totally shocked by the outdated and discriminatory questions posed by trip advisor “ Were masks required for unvaccinated guests?” This question is promoting a breach the Equalities Act 2010 by suggesting that a hotelier should be questioning guests about their private medical history and discriminating against them based upon their health status, beliefs or religion. It is anathema and offensive to vegans ( who comprised many of the group ) to consume products such as vaccines that are made using aborted human foetuses and singling out or punishing those who do not or cannot partake in this medical experiment by the forced yellow star wearing of masks. This question must be immediately withdrawn for its’ unlawful and offensive content and an apology issued by trip advisor without delay. This action on behalf of trip advisor in no way reflects upon the venue reviewed who were tolerant and inclusive at all times.

The booking was for a 40th birthday weekend with friends for a total of 16 people. Firstly, the venue is immaculately clean and very well org aided. Everything you could need and want us available. We overpacked with essentials, as they have thought of everything. The yurts were lovely, the long barn was a great meeting point with lovely sized seating area. The large kitchen and playroom barn were perfect when the rain came in with lots of games to play. We are a group who have children and we all agreed our children would love this place also. Sara was a dream host and really looked after us during our stay. We also loved the animals roaming and being surrounded by the cows. I cannot recommend this venue enough and we will definatly be back 🤗 Thank you Sara and Rob

I organised a "sten do" at this location for a group of 12. There aren't enough words to properly articulate how perfectly wonderful this place it. From start to finish, Sara and Rob went above and beyond what any hosts would traditionally do, from recommendations for activities, to taking deliveries on my behalf, making sure we had everything we needed, briefing us in using equiptment like the log burners and pizza over and bringing the lambs around to meet us. They are absolutely faultless hosts and bring the most friendly and welcoming energy. The location itself is absolutely stunning. Rolling hills in all directions, perfectly decorated and comfortable. It felt like home from the moment we arrived. The farm animals were a perfectly wholesome addition, and a real highlight was being able to feed the animals in the morning. We had an action packed weekend - using their "play barn" for our "school sports day" activity. They allowed us to decorate the barn to our taste beforehand and provided a speaker for us to use. We also rented laser tag guns and had some games utilising the entire site that was honestly the most fun I've had in as long as I can remember. The venue was perfect for it and Sara and Rob handled the delivery and return of the equipment for us. This is something that we will all be remembering for many years to come. I cant sing Treemer Farms praises enough...if you are considering a stay here, do yourself a favour and book right now!!! Its an idilic magical place and I can guarantee, with confidence, that you will not regret it. Sara and Rob will do all in their power to ensure that. 100/10.

Tremeer Farm is fabulous and Rob and Sarah are wonderful hosts. Apparently we were first guests of the season, never been in a yurt before we want to enjoy a bit of outdoor life having spent most of the last few years stuck in a city lockdown situation. We had a almost 3 year old in tow who has not really experienced the countryside. This was ideal for her feeding pigs, cows, and chickens every morning time with Rob and as many muddy puddles as anyone can handle to amuse herself. The yurt is comfortable with an amazing bed it was a little cold due to time of year but the log burner made it toasty and cozy. They have thought of everything for their guests from kitchen, shower facilities to a huge play barn for the children. Anyone who can’t enjoy this place for what it is should check their pulse. It’s in a prime location with easy access to all the beautiful Cornish towns placed along the coast. In a nutshell when someone gets it right they have got it right well down we are looking forward to returning 👏👏👏👏👏👏
