We stayed at the Westville Hotel for three nights, our second stay at the lovely hotel. Set in a good location just outside the centre of Enniskillen (5 minute walk) it is a good choice for a stay in the town or to explore Co Fermanagh. The hotel has ample free and the check-in was quick, our room 217, the receptionist was helpful and friendly (as were all the staff). The 2nd floor is accessed on a lift although there is a nice staircase for the more energetic. The room, as the public areas, were in good order and nicely decorated, the room appointed with a large double bed, flat screen TV, table and chair, coffee/tea facilities with large en-suite with a shower in bath. Personally to take the hotel to excellent level I think air-con is necessary and maybe a fridge would be appropriate. We stayed on a b & b basis, breakfast taken in the main dining, the breakfast excellent with a very wide choice of all tastes. The hotel has a nice and reasonably priced which presently doubles up as the restaurant, the food of a high quality and again reasonably priced. This is a nice hotel and would be my first choice for a visit to Enniskillen, recommended.

Reception staff are very welcoming and pleasant. A pleasure to talk to.
Breakfast was large and served on piping hot plate (nice touch) and restaurant staff were very helpful and pleasant.
Had a suite (xmas gift) so availed of the complimentary room service for dinner which turned up very quickly and was quite enjoyable.
The room was clean, well equipped and had a welcoming array of chocolate and strawberries on arrival. 😜
Would definitely return to Westville Hotel and my top rate star 🤩 for FREE car parking. 👍
I hate being ripped off by places you are spending a lot of money in, feeling they can screw another £5 out of you to park your car. 😡

We booked a 1 night (friday) Culicaigh stay with dinner & packed lunch package. The room was large & the comfortable bed was wide enough to sleep sideways if i wanted. Tea & coffee in the room, but no biscuits or speciality tea bags. The staff were very polite, cheerful & seemed happy in their work. We had a few drinks in the bar late afternoon after our walk & the bar staff brought our drinks to the table. My husband said the Guinness was very good.
We had pre-booked a table in the Restaurant which wasn't too busy. The choice was small, but mighty. My duck spring roll starter was huge & crammed full of duck (see pic). The chicken ceasar salad had large pieces of chicken & small bits of bacon. The sauce was full of flavour. My pasta main dish was also very tasty with large chunks of meat. MY husband had the steak, & the red wine sauce was so rich, thick & full of flavour, it was the best he had tasted. Pudding - the thick mango sauce tasted like pure blended fruit. delicious. We were so impressed, we went & thanked the chef's (open kitchen) which we don't usually do.
Good choice for breakfast, freshly cooked. Due to Covid, the cereal was already in bowls covered with clingfilm & the waitress made the toast for you. Once again my hollandaise sauce with the Eggs Royal was superb. I don't know if they make all the sauces or purchase them, but they defiantly use high quality ingredients.
Our packed lunch was ordered when we checked in (we had a choice of bread, sandwich fillings, fruit & crisps & bottle of water). Again high quality.

Overall, an excellent, hotel, excellent staff & excellent food. 5 Star all the way. Value for money Package. Would definitely return if we were in the area again.
(The only down side was the mist at the top of the mountain so we could see nothing. Pity the hotel has no control over the weather, otherwise that would have been perfect also.) A good excuse to come back.

Stayed here for one night.
Overall very happy with the stay - reception staff were all very pleasant and friendly.
Room was clean and tidy.
There was no fridge in the room which was disappointing however we booked a basic room so mabye other rooms have fridges. No toiletries in bathroom which I always find are a nice touch, however they do provide shampoo/body wash in pump bottle in shower.

We choose to eat in the restaurant that night- delicious, great choice on menu also. However we were left waiting for long periods of time between meals/receiving menus. Other than this there is nothing I could fault with the food - simply lovely!

I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place to stay when hiking the stairway to heaven.

Would recommend!

My partner and myself enjoy our mid week breaks and decided to stay in Westville hotel for two nights and we have to say we loved every minute of it! The staff are super friendly and the food was to die for! The hotel and bedroom was exceptionally clean especially with the times we are now living in with the Covid pandemic and the staff were very helpful and attentive when asking about tourist attractions. My partner and I will definitely be back and I’m just hoping that the hotel will open straight back up after this 4 week lockdown. Keep up the great work guys because yous are doing an amazing job!😁

We went for the weekend with friends and had a great stay at the westville. Rooms are bright, clean and modern and have all the facilities required - tea, coffee ( even some shortbread), shower gel and soap in bathroom. We had a shower over the bath rather than walk in, but we were already aware of this and it wasn't a problem.

On arrival we met a friendly face and that continued through our stay. The staff are so friendly. We were given great advice from the food and drinks manager about local eating and bars and enjoyed a lovely meal in town the first night. Then went on to a cosy local pub.

Then on the second night we ate in the bar and the food was fabulous. Great choice, price and no scimping on portions. Later there was some entertainment from a singer who was there for the first time and he didn't disappoint. The atmosphere was great!

Breakfast in the restaurant was also good - loads of choice, hot and again friendly faces. We all loved how there was a menu for hot food that was served to the table and pots of tea and coffee are provided - with an offer of more if required.

All together we had a great time and will definitely be staying at the westville again. Thanks 😊

This was my wife's first overnight out in 3 years following a major stroke. We had a disabled room on the first floor and it was great with a large wet room that worked well with a wheelchair. The car park at rear had a covered area which was good as it was wet and there was side entrance to the bar to get in which avoided most of the rain. I would say that the disabled spot was in use by a car with no blue badge so I would recommend that the spot be better highlighted.
The bar was great and we had a drink as there was a short wait to check-in as we were early and the staff made us very welcome. The room was good and they a little jar with absolutely beautiful home made cookies.
We had a meal later in the bar at 6 pm and it was very tasty with reasonably priced house wine and great service. For a Monday night the dining tables were all full which is a very good sign as it was about a 50% local 50% guest mix.
Breakfast the next morning was the best I have had in a long time in a hotel and I used to travel a lot on business. It was better by far than the one I had in the famous Shelbourne 5 star in Dublin. As well as the usual buffet, which included home made fruit yoghurt options in sealed jars, there was an excellent hot meal served by great staff . I had the eggs benedict and was beautiful. They had proper toasters not the grill type rotating machines. My wife complemented the coffee and my tea was the one of the best I had in a long term and I really like good tea.
We will be back.

Stayed here on a deal for Saturday & Sunday night . Nice hotel with easy access to the town centre. It has a good sized private carpark but on a busy night could be hard to get a space as it is popular for food and music at weekends !
The staff were very pleasant and most helpful in every part of the service. The bedroom was large and a huge bathroom wit separate shower cubicle and a bath . The bed was massive and very comfortable with plenty of pillows and cushions . Good sized wall mounted TV .

The breakfast room was a good size and offered a fine cooked menu that was served to your table . Plenty of cereals , breads , fruit and a toaster to use if you wished . Food was very good and was piping hot on arrival to the table .
The main bar was a great size and plenty of tables to be seated at . They did have a good menu and seemed to be very busy with lots of food being ordered . We did not eat there but plenty did and they were mostly locals so it must be good !!

I would stay here again if I was down this direction, nothing bad to say about it . We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to recommend it to anyone coming to Enniskillen for a break .
