The original Derryvree House is a pre 1919 residence. Extended in 1975 with further improvements from 1990 to date. Within walking distance of the village of Maguiresbridge & 8 miles from Enniskillen. Location is ideal for touring County Fermanagh and the neighbouring counties of Tyrone, Donegal, Leitrim, Monaghan and Cavan. On arrival our guests are welcomed into our guests’ living room where coffee or tea will be served along with a selection treats. We find this gives our guests a chance to acclimatise to the surroundings and rest after their journey. At Derryvree House we do everything we can to make our guests feel welcome and at home, with dietary requirements catered for on request. Our breakfasts are served from early until 9.30am, and your breakfast main course must be ordered the previous day by 8pm. Our Breakfast is freshly prepared as you arrive at the table. While waiting for the main course our guests are welcome to choose from a variety of juices, fruits, yoghurts, cereals and breads (white or brown bread toast and wheaten bread). Our Master Bedroom is located at the front of the house and has a view out over the local countryside through its large bay window. It’s an attractive, neutrally decorated room with an antique dresser and plenty of space to store clothes on arrival. It also has an attractive looking fireplace from when the house was first built pre 1919 which adds to its period charm. It has an ensuite shower, toilet and basin. We provide all our guests with towels and complementary shower gel. Other items included in the room are a TV, hairdryer, and coffee and tea making facilities. Our family bedroom is a spacious room with 1 x double bed and 2 x single beds. A cot is also available on request for anyone with a baby or toddler. As well as the beds the room also consists of a 2 x seater settee by the window for relaxing on, a TV with Freeview, and an ensuite with shower, toilet and basin, towels and complementary shower gel are provided for our guests use. Tea and coffee making facilities in room.

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A quaint and beautiful old farmhouse. Wendy and her daughter were very welcoming and accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious. It's a beautiful farm. We didn't have much time there but went to see the Marble Arch Caves.

Had a good nights sleep here. We called on the Saturday to see if they had availability for that night. Thankfully we got a room. Very pleasant host and room had everything you would need. Clean and well kept. Many thanks.

Having stayed annually for a fair few years I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else. Wendy and the family are amazing hosts and the cottage couldn’t be more perfect. Has all the needed amenities and more including a trampoline and children’s swing set on the green. Already can’t wait to return.

Having stayed at Derryvree House before and enjoyed the B&B,this time we stayed at the cottage. Enjoyed an excellent welcome from Wendy and a welcome pack. The cottage had everything we could have wished for. It was very clean comfortable and convenient for visiting the area. Be careful of traffic on the A4 when leaving the farm.

We were looking for last minute accommodation whilst visiting friends. We stubbled cross the Derryvree B&B whilst searching the internet. Wendy was very helpful & very accommodating. We were offered the cottage for ourselves & our two children. It was a home from home. Everything we needed....& more! Thank you for a lovely stay...we look forward to staying with you again very soon x

Derryvree House is on the busy A4 road, but is set well back. It is a large house built in 1919. We were greeted by Aubrey, who served us tea and baked goodies when we arrived. He also helped carry our cases up to our room. The room we had was a family room with a double bed and two singles and a couch. Wendy served us lovely breakfasts. It was great chatting with her about sheep, and their care, since this was near the end of our six weeks in Ireland and sheep were a main "theme" of this trip.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights last weekend and I can honestly say that it couldn't have been better (apart from the rain!). Wendy and Aubrey were really hospitable and welcoming, providing tea and cake upon arrival, which was gratefully received. We arrived wet and cold on a motorbike, so this was perfect, and there was even a space in the barn for the bike! The B and B was spacious with a comfortable guest lounge and our room was excellent with lots of space for all our bike gear and an en-suite integrated. The cooked breakfast was simply amazing, tasty and it set us up well for the day ahead. Thank you again, we hope to return one day.

This little B&B is on the way to Castle Coole and Florence Court part of the National Trust of the UK, it is a working farm run by a young family and has been a B&B for many years. The room was very clean and the linen smelled of sunshine, the breakfast was large and delicious. Wendy is very accommodating and ready to help with whatever you need. WIFI is available. It is a smoking deal $$.
