My son and his wife booked this venue for their wedding and they couldn’t have chosen better. The whole weekend was just perfect!

The venue is very flexible in terms of the space, so you can choose different rooms for different needs (such as the ceremony itself, the wedding breakfast, evening disco etc) depending on the size of your party.

The wedding breakfast was absolutely flawless. Everyone said how delicious and perfectly cooked it was. The food was piping hot and service was very well organised so that everyone was served promptly. The attention to detail was very good without being too intrusive, well done to the waiting staff.

Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff and they were all friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Matthew especially went out of his way to ensure that the less able members of the party were seated before the ‘mad rush’ for food.

The venue is perfect for weddings as there are plenty of inside and outside areas for photos of the happy couple. it is fully accessible with level access to the main areas and disabled toilets.

Several of us stayed the night before as well as the night of the wedding. The rooms are very well equipped (usual tea tray, and also iron, ironing board, fan, hairdryer etc). I only drink decaf but the staff were happy to provide extra decaf teabags on request.

I stayed in the Calf Room which has a wet room. However I think if you’re a wheelchair user you would still struggle as there’s a small step going into the room and not much turning space inside. Perfect for someone who just needs a downstairs room though.

Breakfast was lovely! Really good quality ingredients cooked to order and very tasty! As well as the full English, there were a selection of cereals, juice, yoghurt and fruit as well as pastries.

All in all it was a fantastic weekend and I’ll treasure the memories forever.

One word to start off with, ‘FAULTLESS’ Matthew and his team were amazing! They were always there, giving us smiles and making sure nothing else was needed, they couldn’t do enough for us. Let’s start with Shirley, giving us our brekkie on the morning on the wedding, asking how we slept and how we were feeling. Especially the bride. Nothing was too much trouble! Next Matthew, he made the day go smoothly, alongside his sidekick Rebecca. But I’ll talk about her later. Matthew was there from start to finish on the big day. He gave us our cues to walk down that aisle to announcing my sister is finally a Potter! But I’ll never forget him saying to me ‘SLOWER’ down that aisle! Back to Rebecca, she made me feel so at ease straight away, the first to walk down is nerve racking and talking to me before heading over there really helped me. She also did an amazing job of ‘poofing’ my sisters dress. The venue itself is stunning, but the staff make it more amazing, the special touches they do make the day more special. The evening team was amazing, attentive and looked after us incredibly! Food was lovely, drinks amazing! Couldn’t of asked for anything more! I just want to say a massive thank you for making my sister and brother in laws wedding weekend the best it could be! You all were amazing from start to finish!

We held our son’s wedding and wedding reception at this beautiful venue in June and I can’t speak highly enough about the experience.
The actual venue is stunning including the wonderful rooms that our guests stayed in.
From the planning and preparation to the wedding ceremony and the wedding reception everything was perfect with brilliant communication and helpful information.
The grounds are amazing and perfect for some great photography as is the beautiful interior.
The food was superb and there is a great bar area for the evening celebration along with plenty of space to sit and talk or dance the night away.
BUT the very best thing of all has to be the absolutely amazing staff ,who were without exception perfect.
I cannot recommend this venue more highly it made a great day into an amazing day and everyone still remarks on how much they enjoyed the wedding and this beautiful location.

Wow, where do we start, we had the most amazing, emotional, stress free & phenomenal wedding day and a massive part of this was because of the guidance and expertise of all the staff at hunters hall.

Getting married is beautiful but could easily become very consuming and overwhelming. They insured the whole process was as simple and stress free as possible. From the get go when we first viewed the venue to our wedding day, we were welcomed with such warmth and guided with such a wealth of knowledge it was amazing.

They made our wedding day perfect & anyone considering booking them, should not hesitate. The attention to detail, facilities, price and overall features will
not be beaten.

If we could score higher we would!

We recently celebrated our son and daughter-in-law’s wedding at Hunters Hall. Wow, what a venue!

The wedding weekend started perfectly with an excellent buffet for the two families the night before. A great way to start the celebrations!

Communication, from first viewing of the venue to the end of the wedding day, was excellent and nothing was too much trouble to accommodate every wish, with great attention to detail.

We cannot praise the staff enough. There were, without exception, so professional, yet friendly and approachable and willing to go the extra mile to make it a totally stress free and wonderful day.

The accommodation is first class with well appointed, beautiful and characterful rooms, within a few steps of the Victorian and Starlit Barns, where the wedding and reception were held.
Both barns were set up exactly as the bride and groom had instructed and looked stunning.

The food throughout the day and evening was excellent too!

Both the indoor and outdoor spaces offered so many places for beautiful photo opportunities.

There’s also plenty of guest accommodation close by, including a campsite within a few minutes walk and dogs can be accommodated in the Gig House.

If you are looking for a stunning yet relaxed venue for your Norfolk wedding, you could do no better than Hunters Hall.

I just got back from my nieces wedding at this venue and it is really perfect. You have to know it is there to find it unless you live very locally and know what charm already exists there that could add to a home based event.
The owners (Jenny and Matthew) and their team are superb, attentive yet discreet, they strike the perfect balance, even down to room service and bar service which really did deliver above and beyond. The venue is a working farm with all of its charm even though we could not pin down a tractor with sufficiently good timing for a bridal photo ! Rooms are spacious and clean, picky residents will no doubt take issue with how easily the sound carries from the main events hall to the closer rooms, our opinion was "kick back and enjoy, its a weekend away". Finally, having worked in the trade I would say don't hesitate, book, or be disappointed.

The Perfect Wedding Venue, Our Perfect Day!

We cannot thank Matthew and the entire team at Hunters Hall enough for making our special day a truly magical one. ✨️

All our guests were blown away by the beauty and look of the venue, which translated into some breathtaking photographs. With our photographers commenting that it made their job incredibly easy.

Special thanks to Shirley, Louainne and the team who could not have been more attentive throughout the day / night and in the run up to the wedding.

The food was delicious and the chef's catered for all dietary requirements. Even when some gluten free options were needed on the day.

Hunters Hall were very happy to work and liaise with our florist La Belle, Epic Event Hire who organised our fairy lights and Simply Chic, who dealt with Love Lettering and chair decorations.

We took advantage of the outstanding accomodation with a fairly intimate ceremony. So we were very fortunate that our day guests could all stay at the venue.

If you want a venue that will host your dream wedding, where the service is faultless, from planning to delivery and the look is stunning then look no further than Hunters Hall. Our stars do not do them justice.

My new husband and I got married at Hunters Hall on 10th August 2024 and it was genuinely the best day of our lives. A huge part of that is down to the staff at Hunters Hall and the venue itself.
Not only is the venue absolutely stunning in every possible, the staff are so incredibly helpful. On the lead up to the wedding they did everything within their power to accommodate any of my requests. They were kind, attentive, thoughtful, helpful and the day wouldn’t have been as smooth as it was if we hadn’t have had them on hand to deal with things.
The food was delicious - all our guests raved about the food. I’ve never tasted such good chicken as we had for our main course! They accommodated any and all food allergies wonderfully. And also looked after my husband who is extremely picky when it comes to food!
They were there to deal with any issues - so much so that I had absolutely no stress on my wedding day at all. Or the night before. It was a perfect weekend and I can’t thank Hunters Hall enough.

I would like to congratulate Emma and her team for helping to make our son's wedding such a wonderful and memorable occasion. From start to finish their professionalism stood out!
The venue is of a rustic "Farm" style and very well presented and it's difficult to tell you are within a working farm environment. The accommodation is very well appointed and very comfortable although the rooms in the eaves of the house are a touch on the cool side, but a space heater was provided which soon warmed the rooms up. The package included morning breakfast which included a full English, cereals, toast, yogurts, tea, coffee fruit juice etc and was all of a very good quality.
The wedding meal was again of a very high standard and served piping hot by very attentive staff. The same can also be said for the evening buffet. It is worth mentioning that the staff were all excellent and nothing was to much trouble for them and they were very efficient at their roles, you knew they were there but you didn't notice them if you know what I mean. The main venue has a well stocked bar again with very efficient staff and the bar prices were very reasonable, in fact being lower than you would normally pay at a city centre bar.

Overall I can happily recommend this venue for weddings and would once again like to thank Emma and her team for helping to make it such a special and memorable day.

We were lucky enough to attend a party and stay over. From the start, everything was well thought through. Clear signage helped us find the place. We were greeted by a friendly member o staff who did a great job of checking us in. The room was very clean and well-appointed. Quality bed linen and towels to die for. The grounds are lovely and having the space to enjoy was a bonus. The event was hosted in a stunning barn where staff catered to our every need. The drinks and food were delicious. Morning(following a great nights sleep) meant a well-cooked breakfast in a comfortable breakfast room.
All the staff went beyond expectation and made out stay memorable.
Jenny and Matthew are brilliant hosts
