A fabulous hotel and a great wedding venue. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff who were there 24/7 to help with anything. The spa was lovely and food in the restaurant not over priced and delicious. Beds were comfortable, room lovely and the staff cleaning the rooms were exceptional. Loved the gin touch!!

Hotel's Favourite
We had a very pleasant overnight stay here with my mum and sister to celebrate a special birthday. We stayed in a family room which was perfect for us - a double and twin rooms linked by an internal lobby that led to the bathroom. Rooms were well equipped and very comfortable. Complimentary gin and sherry was provided and a birthday card and chocolates had been left for my sister. Another nice touch was the colouring book, crayons and elephant towels left on mine and my sister’s beds although we did leave them for the next guests! ; D We had a sparkling afternoon tea which rivalled the ones we’ve had in the famous London hotels and a breakfast so good we didn’t need lunch! We were able sit on the upper terrace each time we visited the restaurant and enjoyed the gorgeous view. We also visited the Upper Deck in the evening for cocktails and wine. A really comfortable, stylish bar. I used the spa facilities in the morning and this was a real treat. A nice sized pool with Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna (also a gym which I don’t use) which led on to a gorgeous ‘hideaway.’ This opened up onto a terrace with loungers and views of Mudeford Quay. Teas and water were also available. The location itself can’t be faulted - the hotel overlooks Mudeford Quay and has been designed so that the views can be appreciated from all the main rooms. The quay is within walking distance which is well worth doing. Finally, the most wonderful thing about this hotel is it’s staff. I’ve never experienced such friendly, professional and efficient service. Everyone we spoke to from reception to housekeeping was so lovely and helpful and really created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The team in the Upper Deck restaurant and bar worked especially hard as it was very busy. They kept a smile on their faces despite having to deal with one very difficult guest. Well done to you all - the situation was handled discreetly and with dignity. I’m not sure I’d have been so nice! Thank you for making our stay so special. We won’t hesitate in recommending this hotel to family and friends and we will most definitely return.

We had a nice stay, thank you. Great service from the minute we walked through the door. The restaurants and food are very good and The Jetty has amazing views; breakfast is lovely, service is good although slow to take the breakfast orders but the waiting staff are generally great. The staff at The Upper Deck Restaurant (evening) and the bar are amazing and a credit to your Hotel, even those learning were so good, polite, efficient and friendly. The room was great, comfortable bed and good bathroom/shower etc., everything you could want, just the room was either a bit too hot or too cold but not a problem really (open the window/turn the radiator on/off)! Nice and peaceful even though we were near the car park it was not a problem at all. Lovely views, terrace is great, would be nice to have a separate bar, away from people eating if you just want a drink; spa was nice but quite small and felt too busy/not spacious around the pool area. I would recommend this hotel and think the staff, particularly, make it. Good location and near Avon Beach.

Last minute booking for Easter weekend and thoroughly enjoyable. Kids loved the swimming. We loved the breakfast, the location/setting and the atmosphere. As we booked last minute, we did get the rooms above the kitchen (worth checking when booked) but to be honest it didn’t really bother us

The staff are always so friendly, helpful and go the extra mile to make my stay perfect. The hotel which is so friendly, comfy and everywhere is so clean. Nothing is too much trouble, even if you have to double park your car! The restaurant service in the upper deck is second to none. Thank you to the best team.

Beautiful hotel and spa, lovely appointed, beautifully presented and well laid out. Great menu and delicious food. Love the rooms but the whole hotel was very warm. Use the wonderful spa, it’s a treat, hideaway is lovely for a coffee and views of the quay.

We had 2 lovely nights here as a treat after a hard winter. I had chosen a room with a partial view. It was lovely and overlooked the harbour and the Jetty. I would class it as full view. Our bedroom was lovely, clean and had everything we could require including free gin and tonic was already in our room, with the ice and lemon delivered to our door at 5pm, ready for our pre-dinner snifter. I had requested a 4.5 tog duvet and was not disappointed. The dining room was very relaxing and the staff were perfect. Phil served us on both of our evening meals and was so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We left feeling pampered and relaxed.
