Detailed Reviews
We had a lovely two days at Grosvenor Lodge Guesthouse, Everything was of a very high standard and immaculately clean. Beautiful bedding, tea coffee and coffee machine in room. Our room had a dressing room off it leading to a stunning wet room/bathroom. The breakfast was continental with great choice of pastries, cereal, yoghurt, cheese and ham.
This guesthouse would be very hard to beat, and we would thoroughly recommend.

This was a returning visit after previously staying in 2022. The family room is perfect for a night or two. We like the location as it’s a 10 minute walk to Christchurch high street. We were disappointed this time to find the B&B no longer offers a waited cooked breakfast. The menu and food in 2022 was wonderful. Now it’s only self service of coffee/tea, toast, cereal and yogurt. Think for the price we paid we should have got more than this and we weren’t told there had been a change. Sadly this has put us off returning again.

A great experience at this beautiful hotel. A bit of a senior moment when booking, was quickly rectified with a phone call to the very helpful Yas. We were then allowed to stay in the lovely ground floor room(s). Absolutely spotless with dressing room and huge bathroom with a big freestanding bath, a delight!. Very friendly welcome from Regina who helped sort us out with everything. Breakfast had lots of options and it was very relaxing being able to help ourselves. The hotel is very well situated in Christchurch with almost everywhere in walking distance. Bus stops are outside and just round the corner for guests wanting to go further afield, Bournemouth and the New Forest etc. Myself and my wife thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Great Bed and Breakfast, comfortable beds along with many touches to make you feel very welcome! We stayed with a 9 and 5yo after a late booking to make the most of the late summer heat. The family room in the converted loft even had A/C which was well needed with the 30degree heat. Enjoyable breakfast and great choice, would definitely recommend if you’re looking to explore Christchurch and surrounding areas. Thank you.

Extremely cosy getaway with easy access to Christchurch centre and bus stops that take you to Bournemouth.
Rooms are cosy and well looked after. We had a coffee machine in the room, along with a nice smart TV. Breakfast was delicious with fresh bread and pastries.
The hosts did their best to make sure we felt welcome. Cannot recommend enough.

I cannot rate how lovely this little find was. BEAUTIFUL room, comfy beds, lovely breakfast. My kids loved the little cookie in the welcome bag and I loved the fact the owner yaz was popping out when we arrived so took us down to the beach so we didn't have to get a taxi.
Extremely welcoming, so happy we stayed here, wish it was for longer.

The room was very clean and comfortable with the towels changed everyday. Breakfasts were delicious with a good choice of food. Staff very friendly and enjoyed my stay of 7 nights. It is 15 minutes walk from the town centre where there are a good choice of restaurants.

The staff were so helpful and go over and above to ensure clients have a comfortable stay. Rooms very spacious and clean - lovely crisp bed linen. Breakfast cooked to order, so comes piping hot on a hot plate. I would definitely stay here again if down in the area - so much better than staying in a hotel chain

I was staying away for work. I stayed in room 2 which was at the front of the property so there was noise from the main road it was situated on. The bed was okay, but there was no desk to work at. Ensuite small but usable. Breakfast did not start until 8am. There were only 4 parking spaces at the front of the property.

We were looking for a nice couple of nights accommodation while were in the area for our Sons wedding. Grosvenor Lodge looked to be just the ticket so we booked. On arrival the self service check in was so easy and the general feel for the place gave a great first impression. The room itself was first class, clean, well maintained and so comfortable! Breakfast was a treat and the staff were attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. When we came to leave I enquired about a taxi to go and collect my car, Jodie was kind enough to arrange for a colleague to take me on his way home. Service over and above the norm. I can't recommend Grosvenor Lodge enough.
