Called into the Brendon Arms tonight and discovered a two for one on bar meals, which has been the offer for all of November. Full size meals, and good quality. Deal ends tomorrow sadly. Staff really friendly and helpful.

We ate at the Brendon Arms whilst staying in Bude for an autumn break. Very popular, even out of season in October. To eat in the actual restaurant it was necessary to book even on a Tuesday. Food was very good indeed, can reiterate previous comments-Try the pie! Staff very friendly and helpful. A very efficiently run pub. Beer good...

Having just walked down the Coast path from Hartland Quay I passed The Brendon on my way up to the Lynstone Campsite and noted that it had the look of a very inviting pub restaurant. Once I had pitched my tent I walked back down the hill and went in. I ordered their ‘famous’ steak and ale pie and sat...

We visited The Brendon for an evening meal with friends, who we knew would enjoy a traditional family run pub. All loved the menu. Our veggie member was very surprised at the variety of choices on the menu. Baked camembert made a lovely starter which we could all share. Our main courses were enjoyed with gusto, ranging from a lovely...

Tai chicken curry very nice on first occasion. Then steak pie next. The steak was lovely but pie crust was just a dry fluffy puff dropped on top, wanted real pastry. Order at the bar with table number. Popular with locals and many reserved tables so may benefit to book on weekends

Husband and I took a friend for a walk around Bude and decided to go to the Brendon Arms for something to eat. I did google a few places in Bude to see what was on offer before we went which was helpful. We didn`t eat in the pub as there were quite a few dogs, my friend didn`t fancy...

I love this place, visiting on regular trips to Bude. Its interior is old fashioned and in need of an update with seating hugging the walls and the restaurant area too is reminiscent of 70's holidays, and doesn't entice me to use it on rainy days. The owner has recently bought the Falcon next door, so things may change, but...

We stayed for 1 night on our way home after a holiday in Penzance. This Pub/Hotel is situated adjacent to the beach in Bude with parking over the road. The room was small but adequate and was very clean and well presented. We had our evening meal in the restaurant and were happy with the service and quality. Breakfast was...
