We have just returned from a four night stay at West Woolley Farm. Absolutely outstanding. We have stayed on a number of other occasions and cannot tire from the location and cottages. Richard and Christina are so welcoming and cannot do enough. This is truly a gem and is a must if you are looking to stay in the area. George is already asking when we are looking to go back! Thank you Richard and Christina and no doubt will be booking again.

We stayed in Parlour cottage with our 4 year old Grandson. Had a fabulous week. The cottage was perfect and the scones and cream were a welcome treat after a long journey. There was also a pint of milk and teabags and sachets of coffee and sugar. Everything was high quality and it was great to have ensuites in both bedrooms. The bath in the twin bedroom was big and great for a long soak. The shower in the double bedroom was powerful, plenty of hot water. Richard and Christina are the perfect hosts. We met them every morning at 8.30am to feed the animals and our Grandson loved it. Richard and Christina were so kind and gentle with him. He also enjoyed the array of tractors and bikes in the barn and we enjoyed the table tennis. There's a laundry room with washer and tumble dryer. We also borrowed a couple of wetsuits so that was really useful. The cottage is in an excellent location. It's so peaceful yet not far from pubs/supermarket. We are already planning to return. Highly recommend.

Clean, Tidy, Comfortable, All there and in the right place. Friendly hosts and would recomend. If it was my property I would ditch some of the energy efficient light bulbs and put some modern LED bulbs in. Not easy to read maps or books. Other than that yes we would stay again. Well done both of you.

We had a warm welcome from Richard & Christina who showed us to our cottage which was extremely comfortable, the huge bed and silent room made sleep quality excellent, all the appliances were easy to use. The cottage was clean and nicely presented. Feeding the animals was a treat, I imagine children would love it and the play barn. We would recommend a visit and we hope to return.

This place is amazing! We arrived and the house was absolutely spotless and the facilities provided were amazing! Richard and Christina are amazing hosts and our son absolutely loved waking up to feed the animals in the morning. We already booked our return visit before we left. This place is an gem! We’ve been back a week and my son cannot stop talking about Chilly the pig and The Boss goat

Excellent facility and conscientious hosts - would recommended West Woolley farm whole heartedly for those travelling to Cornwall in particular with children. Every detail seemed to have been thought through to make our stay comfortable. We stayed in the Stables and found it really clean and well equipped with all the kitchen equipment one could need. The kids loved feeding the animals in the morning which the hosts manage in a really sweet and interactive way. The owners provide an extensive range of baby / infant related kit (i.e. bed guards, stair gates etc.) as well as a well stocked store room where wet suits, sea shoes, crabbing nets, beach toys, boards etc. could be borrowed. Thank you Richard and Kristina for everything!

A large group of us (21) stayed at West Woolley Farm and occupied 5 cottages. We all had a wonderful time, and Richard and Christina were fantastic hosts. They were very welcoming and always available if we had any questions or needed advice about places to visit. The children often met them in the morning to help feed the animals, and they had a large amount of outside space for the children to play. The barn (with toys, table tennis, etc) was a great space for the children to hang-out when it was raining. They also had an amazing collection of wetsuits, bodyboards, wellies, buckets and spades available for guest to borrow. The cottages were very homely. We’d highly recommend West Woolley Farm - it's a great place to stay.

Christina and Richard provided the perfect base for our week away. Parlour was absolutely ideal for us, cosy and very comfortable, and the morning rounds to feed the animals a big, big hit with our two (4 and 3), as was the play barn. We hope to be back, with other family members in Mill House and Grain Store perhaps, to enjoy again the beautiful surroundings and all the area has to offer. Thoroughly recommended for young families looking for a memorable stay in Cornwall.
