A unique B&B. Made to feel truly welcome. Fantastic food (home cooked but by a great chef) using their own produce. Beautiful farmhouse and lovely room. Wonderful views all around. A memorable visit. Truly wonderful.

After a long day on the SW path is was such a pleasure to stay the night at the farm and had dinner with Emma and Duncan was delightful. They made a beef dinner with fresh veggies. The breakfast was also best we have had. Highly recommend the location and stay.

We had three wonderful nights at Higher Tresmorn Farm. The location is fantastic if you are walking the South West Coast Path. We were provided with very tasty and filling farmhouse breakfasts each morning, so much so that it was not necessary to stop for lunch! Much of the food was locally sourced. TOP TIP - Make bookings for evening meals in advance, or talk to Emma at the B&B who may be happy to provide dinner for you.

Enjoyed staying in this gorgeous old farmhouse set high above Crackington Haven. So cosy and peaceful, totally relaxing. Adored the location, loved our room and the wonderful old terrier who lives at the farm. Also appreciated the lovely sitting room along with tea and cake on arrival. Perfect. Sheer heaven. A big thank you to our lovely, helpful and kind hostess.

We walked the coastal path for 4 days and every bit was fantastic. However, staying at Higher Tresmor Farm was by far the most iconic part of our journey. It was like being transported to another world - so calm and peaceful. Emma and Duncan were amazing hosts, making us the most delicious home cooked meals with the livestock/vegetables they reared/ grew on the farm. Honestly, they could (and should!) charge a lot more for this truly unique experience!

The cottage is located in a beautiful setting, with lovely views of the Atlantic ocean over the rolling fields. It has central heating and a log fire which we really appreciated that first night. Each of the 3 bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom which was so convenient. We explored the bridleway down to the magnificent Cornwall Coastal Path - the views will take your breath away. Emma is very friendly and helpful and we even stayed an extra night. <3

We were extra lucky to visit here in excellent weather. The atm itself & the views from the property were superb. Emma is a wonderful host, meals were excellent & farm fed. What more can you ask. We will continue to recommend you and come again. Thank you Emma.

Fantastic! My walking companion and I cannot recommend this wonderful B&B highly enough. We were given a very warm welcome after a long day of walking on the South West Coastal Path. A lovely log-burning stove in Emma’s cosy sitting room was the perfect setting for delicious pre-dinner drinks before a first-class home-cooked dinner with local and home-grown produce. Delicious breakfast, too. Beautiful setting and very convenient for walkers on the Coastal Path. Just perfect! Thank you: we won’t hesitate to come back.

This farm BnB is just lovely. Beautiful views, rolling hills, complete peace and quiet. Emma is a lovely host and provided a great English breakfast in the conservatory overlooking the Atlantic. The room was clean and comfortable and so quiet at night. Lovely.

Fantastic B&B located about 1km from Cleave on the South West Coast Path. Very reasonably priced with extremely comfortable bed and BRILLIANT Shower - just what was needed after my Day12 walk on the SWCP. Emma was a lovely hostess and also offers an evening meal which I took advantage of - a great home cooked food! Breakfast included Full English and was both plentiful and great quality, with quality fruits and cereals as well. Plenty of spots outside to relax and also a lovely sunset over the Atlantic. A perfect B&B (and dinner).
