    Elements is high on the cliffs, set in 3 acres overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. We have 11 rooms, a fitness suite including sauna. We also have a 4 bed self catering bungalow 'Elements Escape' which has a view to die for. The cafe bar is open all day and the Italian restaurant is open every lunch and evening, 7 days per week. We are open to non residents and advise booking as the restaurant is always very busy. There is a beautiful new deck and terrace also overlooking the Atlantic.

    How is the bungalow. We have booked for 8 people
    Are the child's portions on the menu aimed at smaller children or would they be big enough for a 12 year old? Thanks.
    They were really helpful and they gave us a children's portion of one of the main menu meals. It was plenty big enough for our 11 year old

    Dear Lindy The hotel is open for guests over Christmas but we are not opening the restaurant on Christmas day other than for breakfast for hotel guests. Regards elements

    Looks lovely, just wondering is there any pubs/bars/shops/places of interest etc in walking distance? Thanks
    Hi, thanks for getting in touch. Elements which has its own bar and restaurant is set on the coastal road between Bude and Widemouth. Both of these places are reachable within 2 minutes by car or instead by walking along the coastal path which takes approximately thirty minutes. Bude is a small seaside town so has shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants and of course beaches! Widemouth is well known for its surf and so has a great beach, cafe and a lovely restaurant called The Beach House and a good pub called The Bay View Inn. There are lots of lovely places of interest in and around Bude, I would suggest a good starting point - Bude Tourist Information website. Thanks and hope to welcome you soon to Elements.
