Rhinefield House Hotel

Traveller (889)
Room & Suite (136)

Like a magical secret, Rhinefield House is located deep within the New Forest National Park. Step inside and the aura of magic simply deepens - and nowhere more spectacularly than in the Alhambra Room, bedecked in glittering jewels. With beautiful surroundings and a blend of Tudor and Gothic architecture, Rhinefield is the most perfect fairytale wedding venue. It is also the ideal setting for an indulgent break and an inspiring conference venue for meetings, team building or product launches. Downtime means the chance to take in the great outdoors we have on our doorstep, whether its pony trekking, long walks in the forest or a day trip to the sea.

Let me start with saying the location and hotel grounds itself are truly great but this is all the good memories we will take away from this place. We stayed on a Thursday night and reception was initially good, very polite and welcoming. We then had a weird moment where our

Dear Guest I am so sorry that your stay was impacted by a poor breakfast experience on the morning of the 18th February. From your comments I can see that everything until this point had been an enjoyable experience with the very best of Rhinefield House being experienced. It is such a shame that we let ourselves down during this service in such away. I will of course ask my Food and Beverage Manager to look into what went wrong and take steps to ensure that we do not see the issues you have mentioned reoccur. Should you return to the hotel I am confident that the quality of service that you saw elsewhere during your stay will be evident during breakfast and there would be no need to dine elsewhere. if you do wish for further reassurances please feel free to contact me here at the hotel so that I may provide this and take a personal interest in your stay. Bets wishes Gareth Davies General Manager

Yes, I am answering this myself as paid a visit today. Delightful setting in New Forest. Fast charging for EV owners. Hotel welcome non-residents. Friendly staff and quiet comfortable pool bar for coffee /meals.
