Stayed for 3 nights with coach group tinsel and turkey theme. Our room was lovely and spacious, although ours friends room next to ours was a lot smaller, So luck of the draw really. Room overlooked lovely courtyard with pond etc. Reasonably quiet , but could hear people walking past our door along corridor at night. There is a lift...

Stayed here for five days as a member of a tour group and the review is on that basis. Hotel is not actually in Bideford rather just outside the boundary in Northam. £1 deposit required for the room card. Never had this before.Presumably the management is fearful lest we make off with them. Being in a tour group we were...

Having now stayed 2 nights at 'The Durrant House Hotel' in Northam, we have a few points of Constructive Criticism for the Owner. The staff, however need no such criticism. Everyone we had the good fortune to meet was friendly, helpful, outgoing and inclusive. Complaints were taken on-board and the most suitable solution was found quickly. What we have to...

£60 for one nights stay with breakfast. Never going to be amazing but did its job. Yer it's a bit dated and smelt of old people but room had a large shower and wifi so I was happy with that. Had to leave for work early so they let me use continental breakfast early which was ok.

We stayed here as part of a holiday package operated by our local coach company. It was for a 4 night half board stay including excursions. The hotel had many good points but also some which weren't acceptable. First impressions, so important when staying anywhere were good as the location overlooking Bideford has the best position for all the local...
