    We are a traditional Inn situated on Bideford Quayside serving traditional pub food with our chefs specials thrown in. We offer fine cask marque awarded ales along with a selection of wines with which can be enjoyed outside whilst watching the world go by. Three comfortable en-suite rooms are available(breakfast is also available) with views over the the river Torridge.

    "Didn't stay in the hotel just used the restaurant"

    "Please remember that this is a 16th century pub so you are not going to get 5 star quality - if that is what you are after, you are going to be staying at the wrong hotel. It is clean, comfortable and the staff are fantastic."
    "All rooms accessed by stairs and through the bar area. Be aware this is an historic building with all the low beams and sloping floors that go with it."
    "I'm not sure if it is possible, but I would advise asking for a room that is not directly over the pub and does not look directly onto the main street."
