A great pub in a a teeny tiny village. Our room was really well presented and clean, with views over the fields to the village church. Very comfy bed, and a modern bathroom. Had a super Sunday lunch in the sun. Great value for money and everything was very tasty. The women in the group all appreciated the option to have a smaller portion of pudding. Thanks for a great meal.

Just stayed in one of my favourite places. On arrival received a very warm welcome from Zoe and later from Ian when we went down to eat. The room we stayed in was up to the usual standards very clean and cosy. The food was excellent and the service fantastic they were very busy that night but nothing was forgotten....

Found this charming pub by chance and what a gem. I had pigeon with sausage and bubble and squeak. My wife had Hare and pigeon pie. Magnificent and a very fair price. Reasonably priced beer too. We will certainly be back
