I attended a wake at the Bell Hotel but was so pleased with the quality of the service, the food and the accommodation that I'm going to return for a stay. It has all the charm of a market town hotel and staff that are pleased to welcome. Looking forward to the return.

What a pleasant stay! We booked a groupon deal for two nights and after reading some of the reviews were a bit anxious but thought hey ho! The car park is extremely tight and takes a few manoeuvres to get in but we managed fine. The interior is filled with old furniture, but its an old hotel so it fits....

We visited Driffield Spa with a Groupon token (£50 for 4 with afternoon tea). It was an absolute bargain and even more so considering how lovely the spa was. The staff were so friendly and helpful we had a lovely day and felt truly relaxed. The afternoon tea was lovely and generous, served with a proper China tea service, in...

Overnighted 26/27th June 2015. Had an excellent evening meal. Management and staff extremely helpful and very friendly. A quaint old hotel (300yrs) but full of character. Rooms clean, comfortable and well equipped. Spa available but not used on this occasion. Consider good value for money and will certainly return.

Was interesting to see others had a job finding staff members, as we did too. Eventually was shown the way to The Spa. Decor lovely, oldy woldy with lanterns. We used the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. All were very nice and it was quiet enough to have some time on our own. Afternoon tea was okay. Sandwiches a...

The bell Hotel comes across as the centrepiece of the town, but the real suprise comes when you step in to it; it really delivers. It's quaint and exquisitely decorated interior gives a warm and homely feel that is rare to say the least. The staff offer a warm welcome and could not have done more for me on my...
