What a fantastic week we had, we visited in October for a family get together and to celebrate a birthday . The team were friendly and welcoming , we were a large booking and they did everything they could to accommodate our requests. We stayed in a signature lodge with hot tub and it was perfect . Spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, they checked the hot tub everyday. The entertainment was good and all the staff were brilliant they work so hard. The park is in a perfect spot it was beautiful. Thank you for a great week we will definitely be back.

It was the cleanest and best maintained holiday park we have been too. There were lots of facilities to keep you entertained on the park but also Weymouth and surrending area is brilliant. The staff were friendly and efficient. Thank you - we will be back!

We have been coming here for years with our grandkids and every year we have the most fantastic time all the staff are so friendly and helpful the caravan so lovely and clean and the site is kept spotless.The entertainment team put on a couple of shows while we was there and did a fantastic job we was amazed how many songs they packed in well done all of you.So thank you Bowleaze and all your fantastic staff for yet another wonderful holiday see you next year can’t wait.

We think they undersold themselves (either that or we didn't research the website well enough). The place is excellent for families. We stayed in a Cove Lodge, which was very comfortable indeed for a family (one child, parents and grandparents) and clearly the most premium accommodation available onsite. Thee swimming pool was very good: large pool, a couple of slides and a kids area plus sauna and steam room. Additionally there was a separate spa, which was excellent. Bar and Costa Coffee with a decent soft play area for little ones. And a convenient Spar on-site too. There was a venue onsite with some entertainment, even outside the main holiday season. There was also a couple of restaurant options available. This was next to the beach. The staff we met there were all excellent and very welcoming.…

We’ve been coming to this park for May years now and I have loved it, however just this year the pool seems cold and uninviting, showers poor standard and general condition not good. Also the entertainment has gone downhill. On 4 of the nights the entertainment team put on a show and seemed ‘tired’ of doing their act. There used to be tribute acts etc. when you arrive on a Monday and t/w/th you go to the entertainment venue you expect a bit more variety.

Admittedly, we booked a stay here because of a short notice half-price deal and, because of that, it was excellent value for money. However, full-price might still be considered good value. When booking a week before our stay, we requested a Superior 2-bed caravan in a quiet area of the park, and the receptionist was able to oblige, possibly because of the short notice and because it was out of high season. This sort of request might not normally be possible, but there's no harm in asking. However, check-in and check-out times were non-negotiable. The modern caravan was immaculate with a specious lounge/diner and fully-equipped kitchen that had nearly everything you'd need, even washing-up liquid, J-cloth and sponge scourer. There was a tea towel provided, but I'd recommend bringing your own (loose fibres) and bringing a hand towel for the kitchen, which I always like to have. There was a comfy double bedroom and a second twin room. I had one of the twin beds that was rather on the small side, but I managed to sleep okay for the most part, helped by the quiet location of the caravan (no external noise apart from the sound of the rain). The Park grounds are also immaculate. Minor gripes were not being able to turn on the central heating (controlled externally, I believe) and no instructions for the complicated microwave oven. However, there's an electric fire in the lounge, which we used on one of the chillier nights, and we were able to work out the microwave after several minutes! There's always the option of seeking help from Reception, of course, but we didn't consider this necessary. There are on-site eateries, a sports bar and amusements for children and young-at-heart adults, but we stayed for the quiet location within a short drive of Weymouth Esplanade. All in all, a very pleasant stay and highly recommended for young families and mature couples, like ourselves, wanting a relaxing getaway. We would seriously consider staying again at this site or at another Waterside park and would recommend it to others.…

Disabled changing room at the pool and luxury spa (just the one) is not upto 5 star standard, I will try to add pictures. Also the entertainment has gone downhill, they have 'in house' team doing it 60% of the time, very poor and repetitive. Brilliant chipshop and restaurant has improved this season. Just because it's clean swept doesn't make up for its failings. Nowhere to sit down other than wet shower seat ( not even a toilet lid). Very smelly and dirty.

Love our stays at Bowleaze, a great holiday complex. Well run just a great place to stay. We enjoyed two meals in the Southside restaurant, with lovely service. The outside bar etc is just great, overlooking Weymouth bay, stunning location.

This was a holiday for me and my dog and we were impressed with the quality of the caravan we stayed in. Everything was lovely and clean and so comfortable. The site was spotless and everywhere nicely cut. The bar and restaurant were lovely, had a few pints just looking out to sea and out to Weymouth.
