First appearances very poor - front steps very shabby. Glad to have asked to see the room first prior to checking in which was totally unsuitable and assessed by far too many stairs. Was shown another room which was ok but the bathroom was the size of a cupboard. A very small lift was available but inadequate. Very expensive for...

The hotel was good, great location and clean and comfy. The outstanding thing for us was that everyone who worked there was super friendly and helpful. Really good fun chatting with the kids, couldn't be more helpful at breakfast and helped us plan a day of fossil hunting. So nice to stay somewhere where everyone seems happy to be there!...

Just had a fabulous few days at the Richmoor Hotel in Weymouth. We were so impressed with both the Hotel and the staff in particular the owner Lorraine, also Sam Shayne and Stewart. All of them went out of their way to make our stay as warm, relaxed and comfortable as they could. The hotel was spotlessly clean and nothing...

Positives: Excellent staff - 5 out of 5. Tony and his colleague (not sure of her name) are friendly, helpful and really do a fantastic job. Location is great, right on the seafront. A short walk from the town centre. Breakfast is good (though the coffee is really weak) Negatives: Our room was seaside themed family room in the annex...

Had a sea view room which was fine, bed was comfy, breakfast was good with attentive service, the owners were very friendly. Weymouth is a good place to visit although a weekend is not long enough. This hotel is ideally situated being only ten minute stroll from the town centre.

Do not be fooled by the name. This is not a hotel! It is obvious that the owners have tried to make this a more up market place and it appears to be struggling in what exactly it is! In mine and my husbands opinion it is a glorified B&B. The first room we were shown to was a room...

Thank you for your review, Apologies again about our kitchen and that you found a lack of parking, but glad you still managed to gain adequate parking using our permeates that we personally pay the council for. Glad the rest of your stay was good and that you liked your room and enjoyed Weymouth. The Richmoor staff.

A quiet getaway is what we were hoping for, that's exactly what we had. Parking limited, leaving your car keys at desk. For staff to move your car if necessary, I didn't like this but we left keys. Checking the car before we left. Our room was a sea view, cosy, clean although furniture was dated. Mattress wasn't very comfortable but...

Arrived late on Friday evening for a weekend in Weymouth. The welcome could not have been better, all the information we needed re parking, breakfast times, bar open 24 hours!!, and a couple of restaurant recommendations (thank you, Al Molo was excellent!). We were allocated a sea view room which was clean, warm and well decorated. Breakfast, both Saturday and...
