Geoff and Jaqui are fabulous hosts and nothing us too much trouble. The plan they have in place to keep their guests safe is great, with a hand sanitizer machine in the entrance and clear instructions for all guests. We had booked the attic sea view room which although is at the top of the house (be prepared for 5 flights of stairs) is worth it for the view. The room was clean and had a good double bed, plenty of storage, TV, mini fridge and the usual drinks making facilities. It has a bath with hand held shower which was nice as I love a bath. Due to Covid the also supplied cleaning materials etc so you can keep everything clean as they are not entering the rooms during your stay to prevent any contamination. You leave any rubbish and towels you want changing outside your room door and they will sort this out and leave fresh for you. There is secure parking which is a 5min walk from the hotel for a small charge and well worth it as the roads are permit parking only and were rammed. The breakfast is great and plenty of choice and there are currently 2 sittings so they can maintain social distancing. There is a small bar on site with pool table and darts and plenty of choice of drinks. The hotel is situated right on the sea front and only a 5min walk to the town centre and all the amenities. We made sure we booked dinner each night wherever we wanted to eat as a lot of places were booking only so a lot of people just turning up were disappointed. All of the restaurants/ bars were managing social distancing quite well (even if some of their customers weren’t following the rules).
We loved our few days away and have already booked for next year.

Lovely place to stay, hosts were very mindful of the hotel Covid19 guidelines and we felt safe there. We had a sea view room which was wonderful! Views across the bay were fabulous, especially with the eight cruise liners anchored there. Our bedroom was spacious with plenty of drawers and a settee. Comfortable bed and tea, coffee and drinking chocolate provided free, with biscuits too. There was always hot water whatever time we wanted a bath and/or shower and everywhere was clean.
The breakfast was serviced and very tasty. The hosts - Geoff and Jacqui - had gone to a lot of effort to ensure social distancing in the dining room and in the bar during the evenings. Also there was plenty of hand sanitiser to use upon entry to the hotel and dining room. They have put their Covid19 measure on their website which is a useful read prior to arrival.
We booked parking beforehand in their Garage which was effortless on the day and saved us finding a parking space during busy July.
There were snacks available in the bar from 6 pm to 9.30pm and we both had scampi and chips one night which were lovely and excellent value for money.
We can't recommend this hotel highly enough - thank you Geoff and Jacqui, see you in September again!

My husband and I enjoyed our seven night stay here, we arrived around about 2pm and our room No 2 on the ground floor was ready.
This room is a family room at the back of the hotel and had everything that makes a week in a room comfortable.
The hotel has very good Covid measures which was very reassuring, as well as cleaning products in room as no one can enter your room whilst your there.
Breakfast was plentiful and well cooked, you had to preorder the next days breakfast if it differed from the last one, which was no problem to our hosts Geoff and Jacqui.
This was our first visit and we were very impressed, looking forward to going again in the future

We stayed in a family room at the beginning of August. The room itself was impeccably clean with everything you need, including cleaning products as part of their Covid restrictions.
We had a delicious cooked breakfast every morning, with an abundance of tea, coffee and juice.
There is a lovely little bar downstairs with a large tv, pool table (which our son absolutely loved) and a dartboard, again, all of which was impeccably clean.
The location is just perfect, right on the beach and the main town centre just a few minutes walk away.
Geoff and Jacqui who run the Langham Hotel are two of the loveliest people you could meet!! They are both so very welcoming, incredibly friendly and warm, and nothing is too much trouble for them. They are the perfect hosts and made me, my husband and our son feel very welcome.
Highly recommend staying here and we will be coming back to stay at the Langham Hotel again!
Thankyou so much, Geoff & Jacqui for a truly wonderful stay 😁

We have just spent the last three nights at The Langham and couldn't fault it at all. We had a lovely room on the first floor with a sea view and balcony and the weather was so beautiful that for all the world we could have been in the Mediterranean! Geoff and Jacqui were brilliant and even though we were a little bit demanding, nothing was too much for them. We were really impressed with the Covid safety measures and quickly got used to wearing our masks and sanitising our hands regularly. Breakfast was very good with plenty of variety and dinner on our first night was extremely good value (we ate out the other two nights). Highly recommended.

Just returned from a 4 night break at The Langham and were not disappointed.
We were greeted by Geoff who showed us where to park with a hotel permit. The premises were spotless and every precaution for Covid 19 were taken which gave us peace of mind. All staff were friendly and quality of service was great. There is plenty of choice for breakfast that fills you up for the day. The location was perfect right on the seafront, about a 7 minute walk to the shops/harbour. As we only booked the break a week before, we had the last room available which was the attic room with sea view which for us was fine but I think you have to be mobile to manage the steps. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. Thank you Geoff, Jacqui and team.

We love how they made us feel during our 3 days family trip. Very friendly welcome. They look after every detail for you to feel comfortable. So you feel you are on real holidays. They take very seriously the COVID-19 rules, desinfecting everywhere and with all the rules in place at any time. The food is great. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room is spotless and we strongly recommend the hotel to anyone for a quality family time. They made our first time in Weymouth very very nice

On arrival we were helped with our luggage by very friendly staff. All the covid measures in place were explained clearly in order to keep everyone safe. We were shown up to our room and helped with luggage. The cleaning measures and extra items left for us were clarified. Our room had the most amazing sea view and was thoroughly clean and well equipped. At breakfast the staff all wore PPE, but still managed to make it clear they were smiling whilst attending to our needs! The food was delicious with a pleasing choice. Any requests were dealt with extremely competently and with a smile. The manager came in every morning to see that we were all all right and were enjoying our stay. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who like their needs attended to in a very friendly manner whilst allowing for privacy where needed. We are going back in October!!

I booked a short stay at the langham as a graduation gift from my parents and it did not disappoint. I stayed for 4 nights with my 3 children as my husband was working. The hosts made us feel so welcome and even helped us carry our bags to our room. Geoff definitely made a impression on my youngest son who spent the entire holiday thinking up reasons to press the call bell to speak to him. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts.

The room was spotlessly clean and a great size for a family, my teenage daughter was impressed to have her own side room within the room. We had plenty of towels, which were changed every two days, the biscuits were replenished every day much to the joy of my children. They was ample choice for breakfast, even for 3 very fussy children. The breakfast service was efficient and friendly and with a lovely sea view.

The hotel is a great location and is central to most things. We had a parking pass for our car which was less than a 10 minute walk away. I would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to visit Weymouth. Thanks again for a lovely stay.

I truly needed a few days break after several months of 'staying at home' in London. Geoff and Jacqui are truly great hosts, catering for my diet (gluten-free, vegetarian) with morning breakfast. The double bed room with a seaview was exactly as described, with cozy bedding, Clean, with a small fridge, kettle for tea etc. Definitely a very enjoyable experience staying at The Langham, including its proximity to the beach (literally across the street) and easy access to the town centre.

Hi, If you give them a ring, they have access to a small garage around the back, and they can arrange space for you at no extra cost. They are really friendly and very accommodating- the parking is limited though so best to book in advance Happy holidays! Karen
