Detailed Reviews
We have just returned from our stay and needed to write a review straight away. As with all the other reviews, they mention the attention to detail in the hosts offering such a warm and friendly stay to their guests. I can honestly say that both Graham and Marion were absolutely lovely.
They are such brilliant hosts that genuinely want you to enjoy your stay. The complimentary cakes, biscuits, fresh milk and bottled water was an "Ahhh, how lovely" moment.
The building in itself is full of history and delight with amazing sea views.
The room was quaint and spotlessly clean. The toiletries were of a good high eco standard and was fine on my sensitive skin. The bed was comfortable and the quilt was so, so soft and too inviting to have a lie in!
As for the breakfast, it was a "wow factor"..... fresh produce and all what you could ask for and more .The range for breakfast was amazing, nicely presented, hot plates and food cooked to perfection.
The location is right on the beach and you have all the restaurants in the town in good walking distance.
We have family in Weymouth and it was great to find such an amazing place to stay from now on.

In a first for us we travelled to weymouth recently with our dog Marley. We have been visiting weymouth for 30 years, but never with our beloved pooch. We stayed in 'dog heaven' otherwise known as 'The Beach house' ! Perfectly located as the name would suggest, right on the beach. It was immaculately clean with lovely rooms but the best bit for me was the people. It is run by Marrion and Graham, fairly new themselves to the hotel and hospitality industry, which was probably why there attention to detail was just so good! Brilliant breakfast and absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Even baked every day to leave cakes of different varieties in the hallway for those returning guest afternoon treats. Marley was also made to feel very welcome and he passes on his thanks for his daily brush with cooked sausage! He like us was spoilt wrotten.
Highly recommended by the 3 of us, with or without a dog!

Just returned from a fabulous stay at The Beach House. Marion and Graham were perfect hosts. The accommodation was great, our rooms were en suite on the third floor with lovely views across the seafront. Beds were comfortable and Marion always checked with us to see if we wanted fresh towels etc. The breakfasts were amazing, full English small or large as you may require, Graham made sure they were presented nicely. Little touches like fresh cake, biscuits in reception for guests to help themselves. Also fresh chilled milk was provided every day to take to the room for tea/coffee.
Location is absolutely spot on directly on the promenade and literally a short walk along the front to Weymouth town centre.
Thank you Marion and Graham for making our stay a memorable and Fanta experience.

What a fantastic weekend away.
On arrival at the Beach house we got the warmest of welcomes from Graham and Marion,
from organising car parking and everything thing else they did to make us
feel welcome.
Our Rooms were beautifully decorated absolutely spotless, warm, with a really comfortable bed and furnishings.
The icing on the cake was the wonderful sea views.
There was a fantastic choice for breakfast with a choice of cereals.
The full English was delicious, made up of quality ingredients served with lots of toast tea and Coffee.
Graham and Marion are a wonderful couple., who's mantra is "we meet as strangers but leave as freinds "
We certainly did.
Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

What a breath of fresh air! We regularly travel with our 2 little Chihuahua's and many times we end up in the darkest, most depressing room on offer.
At the Beach House we were shown to a fabulous corner room with great views of Weymouth promende, very tastefully decorated and clean.
Breakfast was fab in the morning too.
Hosts (Graham and Marion) were lovley and friendly once we got chatting!
Deffinatley one we will return to!
Maybe parking, a permit was provided to park a little away from the B&B for a small fee and it was fine, just a little further than we would like. Would be happy with this on or next visit as we know what to expect!

Can't find a single fault. Graham and Marion very friendly and helpful. Was pleased that breakfast included in the price: since lockdown B&B seems to be dying out, it's now mostly bed, with breakfast £10 extra, which I usually decline and have a full English at Wetherspoons for c£5.50.
The building is very imposing, built in 1826, all the rooms have a sea view. It really couldn't be any nearer the beach without being on it. When you get off the train, walk along King Street to the Jubilee Clock, turn left you can see it. I've got a feeling I'll be back.

Stayed at the beach house for a couple of nights whilst working away in Weymouth last week. Was made to feel welcome before I even arrived with a courtesy text message from Marion to check in and get an ETA from me before I arrived
Room was lovely, top floor sea view (shared bathroom which isn’t for everybody but for me isn’t a problem) everything clean, tea and coffee facilities, a comfy bed and a helpful welcome pack explaining everything for you. Graham and Marion are lovely and really make you feel welcome.
Breakfast was really nice, lots of options all freshly prepared to order
Parking is a bit expensive on the sea front car park and you can only park outside the b&b between 6pm and 10am. Very helpfully though, Graham gave me a permit to park in the local conservative club for £4 per day (a lot cheaper than paying to park at the sea front car park) which saved me a lot of hassle and money.
Will definitely stay again if I’m back in the area and would recommend for everyone else to do the same

This family run business is literally a stones throw from the beach. My room overlooked it and the owners Graham and Marion have placed a chair Infront of the bay window so you can enjoy the view, which I did every night and morning. My room had its own sink and kettle with a selection of coffees and tea. You can get little snacks (flap jacks), fresh milk and bottled water from the fridge to take up with you at no extra cost. The breakfast is lovely, the fresh fruit salad was a particular fav of mine, the cooked breakfast is also a 10/10. Every one is really friendly and has advice if required of where to go to explore the local area. My room had a shared bathroom but only my friend and I were using it so was no different to if we shared a room. We were given bath robes as well as the usual towels and toiletries to use. I highly recommend this B&B. If you can't nab one of their parking spaces try Swannery Car Park. It's around a 10min walk and we paid £16.50 for 3 days ( Friday-Sunday ).

A really lovely place to stay, Graham and Marian are really lovely hosts
always polite and helpful, they make you feel right at home, nothing is too much to ask for. Cakes are put out for guests, a personal touch. The B&B is in a great location, it's on the seafront, great sea views from the room, not far from train station/bus stops, not far from town centre, lots of places to visit, various choices to choose from to eat out, highly recommended.
Next year already booked for the 5th year running, enough said.

Had a wonderful stay at the Beach House! The hosts Graham and Marion are kind and warm people and made our stay very pleasant. The Beach House has a very homely feel to it, complete with freshly baked cakes at reception. We had a loft room which was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and good shower. Everything was very clean and we had all necessary amenities. The room also had a little fridge and coffee/tea making facilities. The b&b is located right by the beach with amazing views and the hosts had plenty of recommendations for what to do and eat in the area. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order with a good selection of English breakfast options such as fry up, omelet, breakfast wrap, and an unlimited supply of toast. Would definitely stay here again!
