My girlfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights, it was very clean and the room was decorated nicely. We had to go to a neighbouring hotel to check in and out and for breakfast as this was unavailable at the Timrick due to refurbishment. However, this was not a problem as the other hotel was about a 1 minute... More

Certainly a few minor issues but very good value B&B for the price. Functional, if a little cramped. My biggest grip was the size of our bed which didn't feel like a double. Biggest plus was the owner/manager who gave lots of local tips and advice.

My room was pleasant enough and very clean, however little things like being supplied with an ironing board with no cover and having to go to an alternative hotel for breakfast made the stay somewhat... My husband booked this as a last minute break for us. He was told that the breakfast room was under refurbishment and that we would need to eat at sister hotel up the road. When we arrived the whole house smelt of paint. There were workmen and tools all over the corridors and we had to step over them to... More

Last minute decision to visit Weymouth and booked this through booking.com. Paid £278 for 2 nights B&b. When we had booked we were advised hotel undergoing a refurbishment and breakfast would be at rich moor hotel on corner of road which was no problem. On arrival one of the decorators welcomed us and rang the manager to advise her of... More

This place was advertised on spare room as a room in a shared house, my brother was informed by the landlord that he would accept housing benefit and would wait sit the claim to go through and be paid and let my brother move in. This is actually a guest house and the landlord wanted my brother out by 8.30... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Purchased by brand new owners in July 2016, with 18 years of hotel experience behind them, this guesthouse has received a new lease of life! After having undergone an extensive refurbishment from new en-suites to re-plastering to new carpets and furniture we are confident that we are providing a clean and comfortable nights stay. Located just 1 minute from the Seafront and a 5 minute walk away from the town centre we are close to all the local attractions and in an ideal location. Each bedroom has a seaside beach theme which looks fresh, bright and slightly quirky. We have a Coffee/Breakfast Lounge, which guests are invited to relax in throughout the day. We serve both cooked breakfasts or continental breakfasts here although you can book either a Continental Hamper or a Hot tray to be delivered to your room. We provide free WiFi and free on street parking although we recommend that you book your parking with us. We are also child and pet friendly. ... more   less
