We choose here based on location and has parking, on arrival parked easily, it is tight but safe and secure with CCTV, a member of staff will move cars if needed and more than trustworthy and respectful of guests cars. Jane welcomed us and obviously loves her hotel and guests, due to covid we were given a 24 hour mobile number if we needed anything, and could easily get the tea and coffee things, toilet rolls and towels. Facilities in the room were good hot water all the time, lovely big shower, sofa and chairs, TV ,lots of tea and coffee with a mini fridge, sea view and a massive big window which lets the sun in, it will open and you can sit on the balcony. We enjoyed our stay and the people we met looking after the rooms were very polite and helped with everything, for value , location and parking you will be happy, thanks for making our Weymouth stay memorable. Alastair and Tui.

We have stayed at the Marina Court a few times now. The full English breakfast is plentiful and filling. The rooms very comfortable and well maintained. Jane and Mike are the perfect hosts, nothing is to much trouble. Ideally located for the beach and town. Di & Colin.

Me and my mum really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was lovely, the rooms are clean and warm and it's on the sea front so you can see the beach. Jane was really friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend to stay here if you are visiting weymouth.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay here in September. Jane was a perfect host, and really looked after us all very well. My husband and I had a top floor room, and my elderly parents had the family room on the ground floor. Our room was perfect for a view of the sea, but if you are a light sleeper, the noise from the road might be an issue, but you can always use the earplugs that are provided. We could have done with a towel rail, and the bathroom door wouldn't shut completely, but they were small things that, although were a bit of an inconvenience, certainly didn't affect our stay. The breakfast is brilliant. It is ordered the evening before, either by text, or the traditional way of filling in a tick sheet. Our additional requests of yoghurt and honey were catered for without any issues, nothing was too much trouble, and all the food was fresh, well cooked and tasty. We were greeted by happy, friendly staff every morning, who genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs, and were always very attentive. Free parking was a big bonus, and although the car park is small, Jane has it extremely well organised. Thank you to Jane and staff for making our stay in Weymouth so enjoyable.

A lovely little hotel located just across the road from the Weymouth sandy beach. It is among a number of alike hotels placed one by one in a grade II historical building. I chose it for its location and parking space because I was travelling with a family on a car, and the review rating was very high! And both of the criteria were met, thanks to the arrangement by the host, I could park my car in the yard. The parking space is tight indeed, and some cars can block the others, but those handed over their keys and it was no problem at all. The hotel's parking is behind the building, not on the main road. Facilities: room was simple, nice and clean. I got a ground floor room with no sea view due to late booking. Still, not bothered with that. TV with Netflix was really good! There is a good powerful fan and heating. Toilet and shower were ok, water of good temperature, but shower sink hole was not flowing that well. Breakfast was tasty, fresh bakery, good coffee, liked it. You should choose your breakfast menu and send it by sms the day before. You get a ear plugs, but I never used them. My room was looking at the yard, not at the road, so maybe that's why it was not noisy. WI-FI was strong. COVID precautions: not crowded small hotel, so risk is low. I never met or heard any neighbor apart from the breakfast. There are sanitizers around, distance between tables is good, reception is shielded. Staff is wearing masks. Nobody enters your room. Room gets aggressively disinfected after each stay. Me and my wife got it immediately with some sort of allergy to the cleaning chemical, so good thing from this point:) It is a family run business and attitude to guests is very good. I simply dropped sms to a number and got everything I wanted. Definitely recommended, though it can be considered pricey for a 3 star B&B, but I cannot judge it as I made a late booking, it was high demand and location is beachfront in a very popular location.

Room Tip: Rooms looking not to the main road are quieter, but view is worse.
