Great pub, landlady very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast and all rooms redecorated, fresh and clean. Had triple rooms (bunk beds) for £55 per night so £37 pp! Couldn't go wrong just along from the train station and not far from the beach.

We stayed at the Sun Inn from Friday 30 August to Monday 02 September for a birthday trip. We met the landlady first and she couldnt do enough for us; very warm and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We'd requested a parking permit which was provided as soon as we arrived.

Advertised as en suite-but have to use shared toilets. Very noisy. Door to accommodation jammed to had to phone the owners to let us in, they were not amused. No acknowledgement or apology. Landlord friendly but this wife was miserable as sin and never spoke. Vacuum cleaner

"If you are a light sleeper the rooms facing the road wouldnt be suitable; the stairs may also be a little difficult for anyone with mobility needs."
