Large room, with kitchen (tea and coffee proivided, but you will need milk), bathroom and 2 bedrooms with king size bed, each with TV, free wifi. Clean comfortable beds, excellent value for money, will definitely stay again. Very friendly check in staff.

Refused to stay. Disgusting room (No17) Terrible smell in room. Stained and dirty carpet with compressed debris. Sofa worn and tattered - ready for skip. Communal stairs and landing filthy. Can’t understand previous positive reviews. Booked via Booking.com who were informed by Lymedale Suites that we had our stay cancelled due to declined credit card! In truth, we had paid for the room and £50 damage deposit on said card. We were informed by receptionist that this will take approximately 10 days to refund. By stating that our payment had been declined and our stay therefore cancelled, our opportunity to review on the Booking.com site was blocked. Avoid this place!

Stopped here for a music event that was held at the venue. Check in staff awesome, had a good laugh with them as we checked in, nice to have happy staff. Room was good, great size, bed comfortable, tea and coffee making facilities ok. Drink prices at the venue excellent and well done to the bar staff, kept very busy but at all times polite. Accommodation provided everything we needed and whilst it was a little "tired" in places this didn't detract from its suitability or our enjoyment. Staff were friendly on check in and out. We felt the confirmation email did not come across as very welcoming, so we were slightly apprehensive, but the actual experience exceeded our expectations.
