Considering we stopped offering B&B two years ago, the only person this review reflects on badly is the reviewer. Tripadvisor should delete this post and ban the reviewer More

This was a second visit to Bowden Farm for us. Last time it was a '1 night treat', this time we made sure we stayed for 3. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, tucked away in the countryside, away from the crowds by the beach at bank holiday. The cream team on arrival was gorgeous, and we made the most... More

This BnB offers huge rooms beautifully furnished in a lovely restored 17th century farmhouse. The farm is organic and the breakfast reflected the care taken with produce direct from the farm. We had a very comfortable stay here and recommend it highly.

The property is set in 80 acres of organic North Devon farmland, set to pasture & grazed by sheep, cattle & llamas. The accommodation is of a very high standard with lots of lovely touches e.g. fresh flowers, fresh milk, wine glasses & home-baked biscuits all provided in the rooms, white towelling robes in the bathroom. We had a large... More

This is a lovely bed and breakfast. On arrival we had a cream tea which was lovely, as was breakfast the next morning. Our hosts were very unintrusive and didn't make us feel at all awkward. Our room was spacious and the extra touches, such as fresh milk, wine glasses, heated towels were very nice. Our daughter (age 2) had... More

We stayed here fore 3 nights and had a lovely time. The house / rooms / garden & location were absolutely stunning. Every thing was very clean and comfortable (the bed espcially). The breakfast and homemade afternoon teas were wonderful and delicious. It is a bit isolated so you would definitely need a car.
