Not the easiest place to find using sat nav, since the Adjacent Out of Town shopping centre has the same post code. The adjacent Pub is popular, and convenient parking is therefore limited. Booked on line and pre-registered, so checking in was straight forward. Room was clean and tidy. Good night's sleep.

Less than 10 minutes from Durham City Centre, good roads, well sign-posted. Park and Ride also available. Quiet hotel, parking available but can be busy. Staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. Retail park is within 5 minutes walk; supermarket, petrol, clothes shops, coffee and restaurant, good mix. Plenty to see and do in Durham, but it is also a good...

Just returned from a two night stay and again entirely satisfied with all aspects of it., We were greeted by a pleasant receptionist and promptly given the key to our room having booked in on line. Tea and coffee making facility, wide screen TV free WFi and spotless bathroom. All meals are taken in Brewers Fayre next door where there...

We stayed for a weekend while visiting relatives in the area. The room is clean and comfortable, with a good bathroom with nice shower. The bed is comfy, although not so great that I would go and buy the mattress. Breakfast (optional) was next door in the Brewers Fayre, all you can eat full english and continental. Good food and...

Usual excellent hotel but Sat Nav took us to the back of Sainsbury's whilst the hotel is situated at the front of Sainsbury's causing us to have to run around the area looking for the hotel. Is the Postcode correct?

We were very pleased with our 2 night stay at this Premier inn as it was our first time and we found it a very comfortable experience. Our "Hypnos bed" was very comfy and the room was nice with an excellent over the bath shower. We had Tea and coffee making facilities and the room was lovely and warm. The...

Had a great stay at this hotel again. The rooms are clean and big but get v hot. Beds are comfortable and showers powerful. It is not too far on the bus from the city centre. Receptionist - Sarah is v friendly and helpful. The pub across the car park from the hotel is lovely, breakfast and evening meals were...

Chosen as a simple and cheap location just outside the city. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and in very good order. Rooms cleaned daily and towels changed. Plenty of local choice for food. Plenty of parking. Watch the Sat Nav address as it is not quite on target.

New rooms, large screen tv's, water pressure is spot on. Usual high standards of Premier Inn, you know what your gonna get! Not sure if it was just me but the walls seemed to be very thin unlike other Premier Inns. You could hear a lot of noise from other rooms and corridors in fact was not pleasant to be...
