Thank you for your nice review. We are indeed fortunate to have such a great city centre location. For those considering staying with us, may I clarify the bathroom issue. Although we have two guest rooms we realise nobody ever wants to share a bathroom with strangers. To avoid sharing we only let out one guest room to ensure it’s exclusivity. We will only let our second guest room if required by families or close friends.

We were the only guests so a bathroom was at our disposal. Lovely quiet and light room overlooking the back garden. The on street parking is tight and is £10 per day. Our car was scraped slightly by another car. But that's the downside of parking so close to the great city

This is a gorgeous Georgian Townhouse very close to Durham City Centre, run by two designers who clearly love the place. We occupied a lovely modern room at the back of the house (south facing, away from the street) and enjoyed a modern bathroom. We overlooked their town garden.
