We got married here Friday 3rd February. We honestly can't thank ste and Dean enough. They went above and beyond for us. Everyone had an amazing time and the function room was gorgeous. Yes the hotel rooms are outdated, but it's all a work in progress. Wouldn't change our day for the world. Thank you

Turned up to prebooked venue with no where to park. Then had to walk round to gain entry. The cold damp musty smell greeted you as walked in. The toliet stank of raw bleach to an extent it hurt your eyes. The vacuum cleaner was left in the middle of the room. No food was not ready, the bar was...

Went here for a funeral, couldn't find a car parking space for ages as looks as if hospital guests use this car park and therefore we had to park a walk away with elderly guests. On entrance the building was really dated, the decor was shabby and the carpet was patched up terribly. Didn't really want to eat there as...

First of all this place has no schedule....the bar/food depends on how many people are in residence which is totally unacceptable in my view. They offer no breakfast service whatsoever but at least the hospital (which is directly opposite) has a cafeteria. The prices here are very reasonable, all things considered but the overall standard of service is very low....

But the bedrooms was nice and big BUT AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE the bedding and towels where clean and that's about it the carpet was disgustingly dirty with stains every...

This room was empty but had stained pillowcase and kettle element was covered in rust. Once again given another room by duty manager. The bed was clean but room was dirty. Window had mould...

Positives: very pleasant gentleman on the desk, very cheap Negatives: drunk, shouting and swearing people downstairs, loud music, whole place smelt of stale cigarettes, stains on the wall, mould in the bathroom, bedroom window would not shut
