Duncan & Hayley are very friendly proprietors, and fantastic hosts. The Kingswinford Guest House is in a brilliant location , a short walk to the seafront and the town. The Rooms are extremely comfortable and clean with a kettle and tea, coffee and bottled water replenished daily. There is also a hairdryer, iron and ironing board in room if needed. Breakfast was fantastically cooked (full english, not the cornflakes), and they even went out thier way to provide a 'special' breakfast for our 7yr old boy (I'm not saying what it was because everyone will want it). You are also welcome to use the Dining Room in the afternoon / early evening, should you wish to bring hot food back with you. Oh, did I mention the FREE parking? Duncan and Hayley also offer FREE parking spaces in the multi-storey at the end of the road. Overall, we had a fantastic 4 days there and strongly recommend this B&B to anyone going to Paignton, just watch out for Victor!!!! (only kidding Brian) Gaz, Jules and Tayt xx

From Booking to Departing, Duncan and Hayley are wondeful hosts. We booked in mid July and they had a £20 Deposit only due to the pandemic which is a great idea. On arrival we were a few hours early but we were able to park in our spot only 150 metres away in the car park which comes with the room. (this is a great addition as parking costs are generally high). We got into our room early too. We booked a Family Room (for 4) for 4 nights at a cost of £400 including breakfast which for mid August is great value under the current circumtances. The room was adequate in size and was spotless from start to finish with little extras on top of the regular tea and coffee offering of bottled water, hot chocolate and ice packs for the coolbox which they provided in the room as well as 'wash stuff' in the en-suite. Whilst the en-suite was small (which Duncan told me at time of booking) it is adequate and furnished well and like I said spotless throughout. The breakfast offers a great start where you can have almost whatever they have. I had a Full English each day and the others had anything from just coffee, cereal and toast to Fried Bread and Hash Browns - Duncan and Hayley obliged on each occasion. Perfect start to the day. You can see that whilst it has the look of a typical B & B, it is more than that. Mainly due to those few little extras, its cleanliness (including all social distancing rules being adhere to) and mainly the wonderful hosts who really are top drawer! Thank you for making our Short Break in Paignton wionderful. Neil, Paula, Zoe and Louie. X
