Couldn't fault this Guest house. It was our second visit. The standard was excellent just like our first visit. The hosts couldn't do enough for us. We had a different room this visit and it was still to the highest standard. Including kettle, tea, coffee, drinking chocolate. Also sweet biscuits for snacks. Even little personal touches. We recently spent 4 nights at the Kingswinford and can't praise it highly enough. The hotel is ideally placed just a short walk from both the beach and the town. The owners Cath and Joe are so welcoming. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms are very comfortable and equipped with everything you need and more. The breakfasts are... More

Had four nights there and can't recommend highly enough. Little touches like usb charger in room simple but effective. Great breakfast, close to town, seafront and good bars. Hosts were really friendly and welcoming. With reserved car parking in undercover parking just up the road, what more could you want. What a pleasurable stay. Highly recommended. Thanks guys Selina and... More

Upon arriving at the guest house my wife and I were warmly welcomed by Cath and Joe who then carried our suitcases to our room. Our room was spotlessly clean and with a new shower which was very good. We had booked an evening meal as well as bed and breakfast. The meal was all home cooked, excellent quality and... More

A lovely guest house, with a homely feel. Joe and Cath are extremely welcoming and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is tasty and generous, with options including fruit salad, cereals and a full cooked breakfast. The rooms are of a good size and very comfortable and clean. A lovely stay, we will be back!
