The Jetty!!!! Avoid! It takes a lot for us to write a bad review but the Jetty Restaurant was absolutely shocking. We had a reservation for 19:30 and were informed on arrival that the wait time for food was around 1 to 1.5 hours. We agreed to stay and wait it out. Party of 5. Ordered our meals within minutes of being seated. 2 ordered starters, which arrived around 50 minutes after being ordered. The main meals arrived around 1.45 hours after we ordered. There are multiple issues with this venue. 1. Someone from management needs to sort the kitchen team asap. 2. The Restaurant supervisor needs to come out from behind the counter and be present within the room and with the customers - not leave the teens to take the flak from the customers re the service and ridiculous wait times. 3. Customers sat for long periods of time with plates needing clearing and dessert/drink orders taking. Staff are huddled behind the counter and avoiding customers. 4. Staff focused on emptying the glass dishwasher and setting up for breakfast and not prioritising customers waiting to order drinks and or desserts. 5. The supervisor not directing nor deploying the team to work efficiently or giving them any direction as to prioritising tasks. 6. Restaurant virtually empty and we still waited far too long for the desserts. Absolutely no idea what goes on in that kitchen but from someone who works in hospitality, something is very wrong.
We have older teen children, who have part time jobs, therefore would not complain to them, as it's not fair, someone from management needs to take control of this venue.
Food very average and expensive for what it is - fast food venues provide a much better quality food and within a fraction of the time and cost.
Our experience at the Jetty ruined our last full evening and we sorely regret our decision to eat here. We wasted our whole evening, but to make matters worst, we left the restaurant feeling hungry and very out of pocket.

From the moment you start booking to when you leave the staff here are incredible and do everything they can to help, and nothing beats the Debs and Tracy welcome on arrival! Debs was also a great help on helping us to choose the caravan for our next trip and recommended a great spot.
Entertainment- absolutely amazing Paul, rj, Amy-Anna , Ben,Lauren and Michelle are very talented and we thoroughly enjoyed every night in starlight, and the Aqua fit is not to be missed and very popular, although the bar is busy the staff work very hard and never had to wait shout out to James for making the perfect orange and lemonade .
Leisure centre- we used this every day we were lucky with the weather and used the outdoor pool every day and the gym , the staff are amazing and ready to help with anything Paul and Dave were also great on helping us with some questions on local area .
Nisa- fantastic for a holiday park site very clean and well stocked and the staff cannot do enough to help even cooking fresh French sticks for us when they had ran out !
We did have 2 minor problems on arrival but both were sorted very quickly and they really care about you and that you are happy , would be nice to see a long handled dust pan and brush provided to make cleaning easier .
Security- T and Kim do a fabulous job and are there for any problems, it always made our evening to see them both.
Internet - sadly we found the internet provider hard to deal with and it was difficult to sign up to and their help desk were not helpful at all , but knowing Beverley holidays I’m sure they will look into and sort this.
Food- we used all 3 Venues for food food and felt it was great value for money , and excellent quality, the carvery on the Sunday was one of the best we have had and thanks to shanti who made our booking we had a table over looking the pool and sea.
We all had a great week and were sad to come home today , the location, site and staff are all amazing it really felt like a home from home for us , we also had a hot tub this was checked twice a day to keep it tip top, and again staff were great, Thank you all so much we have had the best week !

Visited for the third time. Clean and tidy, well looked after caravan park. Entertainment is brilliant for the little ones in the evening and enough around the local area to keep us coming back. Fantastic views of the bay. We were right across from the park and despite numerous kids unfortunately feeling it necessary to climb the slide to the top of the lighthouse, the security staff did what they could to make sure they remained safe. Not a great example to other younger children but not much the park can do to prevent this. The park was thankfully locked up in the evening so any noise that would have been generated was prevented. Only a few gripes in that you can't take advantage of the happy hour deals from poolside, you have to go into The Jetty and get them yourself, despite having numbers on the sun loungers (the app doesn't work to order drinks to your lounger either when The Starlight bar is closed). Real shame as this would be perfect on a sunny day whilst the kids can chill in the pool. This is further confused by the fact that you can order and pay for drinks poolside at The Waterside cafe, but not on happy hour prices? There were many different prices we were charged on the happy hour deals depending which member of staff served you, which, even when questioned still didn't come out at the happy hour prices? Additionally, gin based drinks were served differently, depending on who served you. This didn't have a massive impact on us but there didn't seem to be much consistency across bar staff. The changing rooms also have a very strange smell, similar to a sewer or stagnant water. Again this doesn't have a massive impact but it is slightly off putting on entering the changing rooms. Regardless, we love it at Beverley's and will likely book up again.

On arriving during the February school half term week, was greeted very nicely by receptionist! Was told where we had to put our touring van, all good!
First morning of using the only shower/toilet block that was available, as other block was being refurbished, got there for 7am to ensure it was clean, it was filthy, only three/four showers, assumed that maybe I had beat the cleaners! Used the side staircase back up to campsite only to be greeted with no path, just grass! Went later on in the day to the shower/toilet block and it was still filthy, same soiled toilets that were filthy first thing in the morning.
Following morning went to temporary toilets and they were absolutely disgusting also!
Amusement arcade closed!
Shop was ok but a lot of items out of stock!
No security measures coming into the park which was rather strange, so anyone could drive in day or night!
I really don’t know how Beverley Holidays have the nerve to charge you £40 a night for touring out of season! I certainly will not be returning! Such a shame!

Having stayed here on a summer break last year we booked a party of 10 of us for the new year break in a Premier Caravan, we were allocated caravans pretty much the closest to the the entertainment complex (which was a huge advantage in the typical British winter weather of high winds and constant rain 🙈) The caravan was spotlessly clean with heating too and a full size fridge freezer! The onsite fish and chip restaurant is great as you can take your dinner into the clubhouse with you (this was perfect for us on NYE and they do a great family meal deal (2 fish, 2 sausages, 2 large chips and a side for £25). We ate in the Jetty the first night and although a little pricey the food is nice and fresh. The entertainment team are why my review is 5 stars, they are honestly the best entertainment team we have come across (and our family are Haven owners so go to Haven more regularly), they were all so funny and a special shout out to Paul who is absolutely hilarious and an absolute credit to this site (and Gavin 😂 who the kids absolutely loved). NYE was fantastic and one of the best NYE nights we have ever been too. We already want to book again for next year, and the £25 for the extra day is so worth it! Couple off points for improvements, maybe concrete slabs from caravans to paths, because due to such bad weather everything we took was covered in mud. Very surprised to find the shop and arcade weren't open at all, the shop would be ideal for those little things you need, although I suppose the closed arcade saved us lots of £s, the kids were disappointed. Also, the indoor pool closed on the Saturday due to chemical imbalance, we had only been in a few minutes and were asked to get out. We then went back on the Saturday and Sunday to find it still closed, this was the biggest disappointment as having 4 small children in our party who love swimming only got to go in once for a few minutes.

We visited as a family of 4 with a 1yr old and a 5yr old. We were really impressed with the variety of activities and amenities on site and there was lots to keep both of our children entertained (the outdoor heated swimming pool and evening entertainment were the favourites!) The food in the restaurant was good and the entertainment in the evening was really good. The site is in a great location with Goodrington beach within walking distance and Paignton and Torquay just a short drive away. We stayed in a lodge with a hot tub and had absolutely amazing views over Tor Bay. The lodge was really clean and staff were really helpful when we asked if a bed could be removed from one of the twin rooms to make space for a travel cot.

We had a fantastic time staying in a premium lodge at Beverley Holidays over Christmas 2023. The lodge itself was truly delightful - so spacious, well equipped (including dishwasher and washing machine!!) and clean, and with its own hot tub! It was really thoughtfully laid out, so good space at the entrance for all the bags and coats, and the living area separated from the bedrooms so that the noise didn't disturb anyone having a sneaky lie in! Our teenagers really appreciated their own rooms, each with its own TV, and the huge screen in the main living area was MEGA! All the channels we could ask for, and with "mood lighting"! We had champagne in the hot tub on Christmas Eve and on Boxing Day we popped down to the beach for a bracing swim in the sea!! Thank you Beverley Holidays, we had a fantastic and memorable holiday :-)

We had a positive experience from check in to leaving...check in was easy and straightforward with lovely staff on reception..we stayed in our tourer the pitch was spacious, very clean and well maintained..the facilities were spot on the showers were warm, the toilet clean. The swimming pool was nice and warm... We used the launderette it's decently priced £6 for a large load and the machines are clean, there is also irons and iron boards available to use free of charge.
We ate out several times the food was delicious, thank you to the chef Radek..the service was great Sandra and the staff were very attentive, we had an enjoyable experience each time we visited the restaurant..I also recommend the fish and chips from the take away.

We paid £4384 for our holiday at Beverley holidays, we have never paid so much for such inadequate accommodation. It began by the description of the holiday not stating there was a sharp decline/incline when coming and going from the lodge. One of our party has mobility issues and this was a big struggle for him. They offered him a caravan on the other side of the park on his own, for an additional charge but this was not suitable as this was meant to be a family holiday and we could not leave him on his own.
The inside of the lodge is described as light and airy and stylish ! I'm unsure as to when their 'style' dates from, it certainly is not from recent times in our opinion. The double glazed windows had several panes of glass that had 'blown' and you could not see properly out of them. The main bedroom's carpet smelt strongly of dog when we arrived. I appreciate that this is a 'dog friendly' rental, however, if the lodge had been cleaned adequately, there should have been no residual smell from the previous occupants pets. Décor inside was tired and dated and was not like a 'home from home' and the runner at the foot of the bed in the main bedroom had stains on the underneath of it.
We will not be returning in the future and have had to put it down to a very costly mistake.

My wife and I recently bought our first caravan, and decided prior to taking it on a first long distance trip, to pitch it at a local site relatively near home to get used to it, and to find out fully how it all works. Beverley Holidays came highly recommended. From walking in to the reception on the day I wished to arrive for a last minute long weekend booking, I was greeted by Elsa and her colleague (who I sincerely apologise to for not remembering her name). Both were very friendly and enthusiastic, and could not have been more welcoming,nor could they have been of more help. They listened to my requirements and were happy to offer me a choice of pitch for the long weekend at a very reasonable price. I arrived at lunchtime on the day, to be once again welcomed in a very friendly yet professional manner. I was given our pitch details and access passes to allow us to use all of the park facilities. I was shown to my pitch by one of the site staff, who took me down to see the pitch first before offering any help to set up should I find myself needing any. He even stopped on one of his many trips across the site directing other visitors, to check that we had managed to get everything set up ok. We were fortunate to get a good sized standard pitch with an incredible view. which had an electric hook-up. We were also happy to note plentiful water points throughout the area we were in for ease, as well as a very clean waste disposal point nearby. The shower and toilet blocks we had access to appeared to have been recently updated to be very nice modern facilities, which were kept clean at all times. We were able to spend time around the pool which was clean and an excellent sun trap, as well as sampling the family friendly entertainment in the evenings. We also ate on the park for 3 of the nights we were there, enjoying a good choice from the menu at a good price. I would say that all of the staff we encountered throughout our time there went the extra mile to be friendly and engaging. Despite being relatively local to Beverley, we fully intend to visit again for some similar short breaks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a modern, friendly site with the traditional family welcome, and would absolutely recommend it to anyone. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable, and particular thanks to Elsa and her colleague on reception once again for your help in making our stay possible, and for getting it off to such a positive start!

Very! There is dog-friendly accommodation (caravans and lodges). A dedicated dog walking area, dog shower and dogs are allowed in some of the facilities. The local are is great for dogs, including beaches.
They have a code "WOOF" to use at the moment for dogs to stay for free.
There are more places to choose from in the Paignton area.
