Managed to book up the whole of the property as a late booking due to holiday cancellation and wow I was half glad it was cancelled. If you are looking for somewhere very private and different look no further. The charm of this property is second to none. The location is perfect with three nearby beaches (2 being coves). All with views to die for. Mandy and Michael are the perfect hosts and we had great time learning more about the working farm etc. Brixham and Paington are not far and there are a couple of pubs you can walk to. Overall loved it. We had great weather and gutted to leave!

A hidden gem, close to Paignton but not too close, with a sandy beach withing 5 minutes walk and a secret cove the same distance. Lovely clean and comfortable accommodation with welcoming hosts on a working farm with crazy dogs and a friendly cat, what more could you want. Highly Recommended.

This is the 3rd visit I’ve made to Elberry farm and it doesn’t disappoint. Mandy and Michael are the most amazing hosts you could ever ask for. The farm is lovely warm and welcoming with everything you could Want and more. The breakfasts are worth getting up for in the morning with plenty of choice. Elberry farm is in the best location possible with 2 beaches with in walking distance and is a great place to take your family or loved ones. I can say I’ll be back down next year for sure. It’s the only place to stop in Devon for me, and once you’ve been I’m sure you’ll agree.

We had an excellent long weekend at this B&B. We loved the clean and spacious 'double room' with a view to the garden and the fields beyond; a wonderful, quiet place. Breakfast was served by Mandy. We enjoyed a good portion of Greek yoghurt and fruit salad but a full fried breakfast was also on offer. The house is very close to two beaches; the relatively secluded 'cove' and the large sandy and very popular 'Broadsands' beach. There is a golf course between the two beaches and beyond them an interesting cliff-top walk. Highly recommended for families and nature-loving couples.

Mandy is a lovely, personable owner of Elberry Farm b and b and we have always been made to feel very welcome every time we stay here. The location is perfect for broadsands beach or a short coastal walk to Elberry Cove. The rooms are a good size too and very clean.

We stayed in the family room, with 2 kids (aged 11 & 8). The room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was very good and there was a good selection. The hosts were very welcoming. The kids are already asking to go back again!

We have just spent a week at this marvellous B&B where we received a very warm welcome from Mandy and Michael. Our room (No 1) was extremely comfortable and overlooked the beautiful walled garden and the countryside beyond. Breakfasts were superb with a great choice. The farm is only five minutes walk away from the pretty pebbled Elberry Cove where our dog loved to swim, We cannot recommend Elberry Farm highly enough and we hope to pay a return visit very soon,

Stayed with daughter, son-in-law and 3 grandchildren for 5 nights, as part of celebrating our Ruby Wedding; this was our eighth visit since 1980s! Mandy and Michael Tooze provide a peaceful, friendly and pleasant location, off the beaten track, but very close to Broadsands beach which is one of the best sandy beaches in Torbay. The bedrooms have been nicely modernised since our first stays which were when Michael's parents were running it. All accommodation is kept very clean and comfortable; breakfasts are excellent and Mandy seeks to meet the exact needs of her guests. The walled garden to the rear is really large and mostly laid to grass so that guests can use for ball games; excellent for children. Parking is readily available in courtyard. Farm is easily accessible from Torbay ring road and there are restaurants and cafes within easy reach for evening meals. Brixham is nearby with its many restaurants to suit all tastes. The beach has a good cafe for drinks and lunchtime snacks. There are plenty of things to do locally with water sports at Elberry Cove and kayaks/canoes at beach. Goodrington, Paignton and Torquay are easily accessible as well as the steam train to Kingsweir and Dartmouth.. We all enjoyed our stay and meeting Mandy and Michael again, who make you feel really most welcome.

We stayed here for two days in room 1. It’s a family room in this small but very nice b@b . Only 4 rooms away from the hustle and bustle of life . The hosts make you feel so welcome and honestly nothing is to much trouble . This is a working farm so animals to see ,horses ,dogs ,cows , the only thing it’s missing is the cock a doodle doo but that would be a shame to spoil the the peace and quiet . We usually stay at the premier inn on Brixam road but this will definitely be our go to place in future . Thanks again .

We had the pleasure of staying at Elberry Farm and could not fault it. We had room 1 which was spotlessly clean and a fantastic view over the garden. Breakfast was also very good. Very good value for money and we are booking to go back soon.
