We had a great couple of nights here. Linda was a great host and we felt at home right from the start. We would stay here again it was ideal for our needs. The self contained flat was perfect the kids loved it. The breakfast in the morning was great and we had plenty of choice. Thanks for a great weekend Linda and Tracey.

I've been working away for over 5 years and this is by far one of the best places I've stayed. Lovely location near seaside, large, neat, really cozy rooms & bathroom with extremely lovely and kind hosts. I'm not particularly a pet lover but the pet made a believer out of me. Will definitely stay here on my subsequent visits.

Nice clean place to stay and very quiet. Easy to find just off the A1 and great for Dunbar. Large room with a very large ensuite. Sofa in front of the TV. Overall very spacious and lots of fresh air in the gardens.

Had a one night stay with friends, and it was amazing. Linda was the best host second to none. She was very welcoming and let us take our two dogs. We had a lovely big room overlooking the front garden. The room was very clean and the shower room was massive. The bed was so comfortable we didn't want to get out of it. Linda made us some lovely meals and made us feel like we were in a family member's home. Lots of laughs and giggles. The grounds were stunning overlooking the sea which was breathtaking. We will definitely be back and miss the place already. Thankyou so much to linda and Peter for being so welcoming and being truly wonderful hosts.

We spent two nights here and could not have been made to feel more welcome. We had a clean, comfortable recently decorated room with a terrific shower (which was a real treat especially after a long run along the costal path that begins a stone's throw from the house). Our breakfasts were top notch, and we enjoyed then in the stunning kitchen alongside the two lovely, friendly and interesting hosts. Thorntonloch House will certainly be our first choice when we visit the area again.
