My husband and I stayed here for 5 days and I can’t praise it highly enough, the location in the old village is perfect, the staff are lovely, the gardens beautiful and the breakfasts delicious. It is the best place we have stayed at on the island.

A real treasure nestled in Shanklin. Stylish hotel with a lovely lounge. We had a fabulous room with a sea view. Steps lead down to a wonderful garden, perfect to chill out in. There is a gate which leads down to the beach. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Service was impeccable with really warm and friendly staff. On site parking available. Just a couple minutes walk into town which has a selection of places to eat. The lovely receptionist made our special wedding anniversary so memorable. We will definitely return.

Wholeheartedly recommended hotel with wonderful, friendly, warm people all around. We appreciated, among other, sitting in the really nice garden or the comfortable lounge. As far as bed and breakfast go, they both left nothing to be desired, but The Grange is much more than a regular B&B! Very close to the beach too. We really liked the friendliness and the atmosphere at this historic and tastefully appointed place.

Excellent ! One of the best accommodations that I've stayed in on the Isle of Wight. Excellent welcoming, friendly Staff. Beautiful building and gardens. Just a short walk into Shanklin High Street. Also a short walk down to the beach, but an uphill climb coming back. Thoroughly recommend The Grange.

We stayed here a week and really enjoyed the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. The terrace and tiered gardens are beautiful and you can walk down through them to the sea, or take a stroll out the main entrance and into Shanklin old town, with several restaurants close by. A particular mention here for the wonderful breakfast team (Wendy and Naomi) and for the tea and freshly brewed coffee available all day on a help yourself basis - a nice touch.
