Stayed for my wife's birthday. As is the normal, warm friendly welcome from staff, lovely room, fantastic food (the filet steak is amazing) Each time we've been here I've looked for problems and found none (and I've looked hard) still the best hotel in Douglas. We'll be back again (and again) Please keep up the great work guys. OK, I did find a problem this time......the clock in the foyer was an hour out.....but in a couple of months it'll be right again....not a major issue though as the clock is beautiful.
Highly recommend. Brilliant service, lovely clean spacious room. Had room service, which was excellent. The food was delicious. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Unlike most hotels in Douglas it has a small secure car park which is very useful, though please note its a bit tight getting into it with a large car but it is manageable.
Having moved to Douglas a few months ago we thought we knew of most hotels in town. We needed a room for the week and were suggested the Mannin. What a pleasant surprise! The hotel is super clean and modern. Rooms are a good size with all amenities. Daily breakfast includes made to order eggs and a wide selection of other items. There is a bar in the lobby and the restaurant does tasty meals in the evening. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is located just off the promenade and is close to everything in town. Highly recommended!
Currently staying at this hotel on business. This is my 3rd night out of 4 and I’m very impressed. The rooms are spacious and clean. Service has been excellent and the food in Liberties lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Douglas
The somewhat unusual arrangement of atrium balconies to some of the rooms, overlooking the reception was more than compensated for by the friendliness of the staff and quality of the service. The rooms are not large but a reasonable size with a king size bed and all the facilities needed. Underground car parking is ideal, with electric car charging, although the ramp is tight for all but the smallest vehicles! Food was good quality. Excellent location close to the centre of Douglas, Manx Museum and the Theatre. A small but good quality, well run, modern hotel. Highly recommended.
