Stay away from this horrible Hotel. We had a worst experience of our life. Its not child friendly and poor customer experience. Very old decoration which reminded me of my Gran care home. Replenish of toiletries NO CHANCE.

This hotel is very clean, comfortable and with staff that are friendly and welcoming. The food is freshly prepaired and cooked to your liking at very reasonable prices. Close to shops, promenade and pier.

The hotel is well situated, the food is good and the service friendly and efficient. My room was very nicely situated with a sea view albeit between gaps in the opposite properties. A short walk gets you into the centre of Sandown or down onto the esplanade for a nice stroll whilst watching the sea traffic entering or leaving Portsmouth...

We had two rooms for three nights. Staff were fine with us and breakfast was okay. Perhaps a supervisor is needed to ensure staff replenish buffet items in the morning as people were often waiting for eggs, mushrooms and other items. The hotel is looking quite tired and dated but chatting to the owner upon departure he revealed how much...

Was attending the weekend bus event and we had looked around and this one was on offer down from £200 for 2 of us 3 nights including breakfast. Breakfast was good except last day they was no mushrooms. Rooms are dated and torn wall paper and a serious lack of plugs! 2 in the whole room which where in fact...

At first it seems quite dated and dull ,but you get to realise it's nice and quiet with great food, friendly staff and not bad value. It does offer free wifi ,which the kids enjoy ,and a comfortable place to sit before you have dinner ,near the lobby .The hotel also offers parking free of charge .

Hotel is reasonable although very dated decor. In bathroom room the soap tray was rusty and the shelf was wonky. Excellent buffet breakfast-opened late one day which was frustrating as we were going somewhere. Strangely breakfast finishes at 9.00 in week and 9.30 on a weekend, this would possibly prevent us revisiting. Man on reception was pleasant but very serious...

We stayed for a weekend break and were given room 205 which was a lovely sea facing room with a double window looking out. The room had tv and bathroom en suite. The car park was ample and the breakfasts are as good as ever. Both Wendy and Peter were very helpful and are real ambassadors for this property. If...
