On reading some of the bad reviews I was a little wary when we arrived, yes the outside could use a lick of paint, but so what. Owners were lovely showed us where everything was then left us alone. Nice friendly atmosphere, rooms lovely and clean, breakfast great and the gardens and view were amazing. My son loved it which...

This is my 2nd trip to this very friendly B&B, last year myself & my partner spent just the one night & was so impressed at how welcoming & pet/dog friendly they were. There have been many mixed reviews on the B&B & I suspect that the majority of the bad ones are from people that don't want to share...

To be honest as we drove up to the entrance I wanted to turn round and leave but we are glad we persevered. Yes the carpet is rather tatty just like the entrance but the friendliness and kindness of all the staff makes up for it. Despite the old fashioned rather dirty looking carpet and strange smell at the reception...

Well where do I start, been home a week now and had time to reflect on what both I and my wife where hoping would be a fantastic first family holiday, how wrong could we have been. We only wish we had read the reviews that had been posted on here since 2010 because we would never have booked it,...

Having just had our 8th visit in as many years ,I wanted to update my previous reviews . Debbie and Alain continue to be perfect hosts. Their knowledge of the area and recommendations are as yet to be disputed. The accommodation is kept very clean by housekeeping ,the waiting staff are very friendly professional and polite. Alains breakfasts continue to...

This is a nice place to come with it's swimming poole and games area and pleasant owners. We had 2 issues. Firstly you should realise that this B&B is not in Sandown. It's a 30 mins walk if you want to go out for a meal withoutdriving or paying for a bus or taxi. But much more importantly our bed...

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother and father-in-law who stayed here at the beginning of August. Place was spotless and they were very impressed with the dining room decor ! Breakfast was plentiful and very filling. Great facilities and friendly hosts. Overall a great place to stay.

Staff are so friendly and make you welcome. This a dog friendly place and Bayley was even given a sausage of his own every day. We had a wonderful stay and would return again. Its also only a few mins walk into Sandown and the beach.

Booked a stay over the long bank holiday weekend. Firstly the positives: staff are magnificent and really try to look after you and give you helpful advice you didn't even know you needed. In addition, the location is brilliant, short drive (you can walk if you want to) to the main locations around Sandown and also not to far away...
