My wife & I were traveling throughout Scotland staying at B&B's and small hotels while discovering the beautiful countryside. We had booked overnight at a small hunter's hotel near Glenisla. Unfortunately, the hotel had over-booked and accepted a much larger party than the two of us. Fortunately, the proprietor of the hotel found us accommodations near by. To our absolute...

I had meant to write this review sooner, but life as always dictates otherwise. I first took my wife Nikki when we first met, and I took her on a mini tour, to show her a few of my favourite places. I was lucky enough to grow up in the Angus Glens, and this little gem of a B&B fitted...

We had a wonderful visit with Eileen and Oliver. The accommodation is lovely and very spacious and the food is tremendous. The gardens are full of wildlife, in our short visit we saw many types of birds including game birds; hares and red squirrel. The location is beautiful with very good walking in the area. An ideal location to use...

What a marvellous B&B this is! We stayed here for two nights whilst walking the Cateran Trail with our sons aged 20, 18 and 15. All of us enjoyed our stay tremendously. We were made to feel welcome from the start with tea and homemade cake by the most fabulous hosts we've ever met. Oliver and Eileen have been able...

The bedrooms are large and well-equipped, including tea-making equipment and a hairdryer. There is a lovely guest sitting room overlooking the extensive garden, where wild-life is abundant! (...

I know it's all been said before but this really is a super bed and breakfast. Very welcoming, clean and comfortable and a fabulous outlook over a beautiful garden and beyond. The breakfast was excellent (as was the packed lunch) and the yoghurt with fruit compote excellent. Home baked bread was delicious too. The upstairs lounge and balcony are the...
